In response to Islam Ahmad review posted on 6/5/2017. Eyes on you is very dedicated to eye care services and we have to be very thorough as far as verifying insurances prior to all patients visits. However, in your case, this office was told by you that you do not have coverage for a routine eye examination through your current insurance and that you want to come in for a routine eye examination. When you do not have comprehensive routine eye examination coverage there will be a fee. You came in for a routine eye examination knowing that you did not have this coverage. You were told the no insurance price fee.. After knowing this you wanted you wife to have the routine examination for glasses to be done as medical and have that claim go through the medical insurance. This can not be done. We can not do fraudulent claims and bill a routine as a medical when you have done a routine eye examination. After coming 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment you then changed her routine examination to medical only visit, which we will see her only for her medical eye issue only . We are unable to verify insurance coverage at that time because we have to speak to a representative at the insurance and you were told that they already close at 5pm. Verifying insurance is extremely important. This helps you to understand your coverage and aids us to know the details of your insurance and copays if any, this prevents you from getting an unforeseen bill. We then told you that we were happy to service after verifying insurance coverage and will be able to see you tomorrow. Because of poor communication to the staff the insurance was not verified for medical eye visit. Reviews help us to improve as a practice however in this case all the protocols was followed to try to prevent this situation. In closing, when you call in to say that you are coming in for a non-medical visit that is a routine eye examination and you know that you do not have routine eye examination coverage on your insurance there is no reason to call the insurance.

Never imagined I could ever be impressed by a visit to the optometrist! Very comprehensive, professional and customer focused. There is no comparison to any other optometrist I have been to. Testing equipment and procedures I have never seen before. Spend the small amount of extra money for the Optos retinal imaging, really gives you (and Dr. Williams) a whole new prospective of your eyes!

The office has the most up to date devices and machines for eye care and diagnostics. I was impressed for the attention and professionalism from the Doctor Michelle, the best in my live. I went to this office with a friend and I noticed that she got great care. Office is very nice and staff was very friendly as well. My friend loved the service that she got and really like the Doctor as well. The equipment was very high tech that even showed a picture of my friends back of the eye. I will be making appointment here when I am ready of an eye exam.

Great office -- clean, neat, organized, very easily accessible. Quiet waiting area. Staff is phenomenal -- everyone is very nice, and they explain everything very well. Great selection of glasses. Cutting edge technology. Dr. Williams is amazing -- wonderful manner, caring toward patients, and very thorough in her examinations. Highly recommended eye doctor.
