After having 3 c-sections I knew I would have to have another, so when we found out we were pregnant I searched and searched. Originally the Dr I searched was not available so they asked if I wanted to see another Dr they had that accepted new patients at the time, I had chosen Dr. Forbes and I couldnt have been more happier. Not to long after we got pregnant we had a miscarriage. Dr Forbes countined to see me and made sure everything was okay, I love how she shows she cares and will go that extra mile. Not to long after we got pregnant again, my last appointment I told Dr Forbes immediately she checked to see if everything was looking as it should consider we just had a miscarriage. I was so relieved. Throughout the pregnancy she went above and beyond to make sure baby girl was growing right and nothing was wrong. She always listened and showed a genuine concern if I had any questions she answered them. I felt in heaven with her safe that our baby girl would be delivered just fine and I would be taken care of. I had the majority of my appointments at the Quarry location I love that office ver small all the staff are friendly and great you kind of build a relationship with all of them throughout the pregnancy lol. Lab lady to is awesome Ms Linda. Fast forwarding time for prep for c-section I was a little scared but the whole staff including Dr Forbes was amazing. My husband and I absolutely loved the hospital, all the Doctors and so on. We were very please and our baby girl will be 4 months May 5th. We highly recommend Dr. Forbes, check her out so you can experience her yourslef!!! :)

I called in to make an appointment three weeks ago after relocating to the area in my 7th month of my pregnancy. Ive had no issues with my pregnancy thus far and have received regular care at my previous obgyn. For two and half weeks Ive communicated back and forth with the scheduling department having to follow up and make sure my records release was sent out and that the office received the necessary paperwork just to schedule my first appointment. After all of that I was told just yesterday that because Im past 21 weeks in my pregnancy I have to pay my delivery deductible for next year (mind you Im trying to schedule an office visit) from my insurance of $2000 up front just to see the doctor because this is the practices policy. I spoke with my insurance company who told me this is not typical and that they are trying to bill me as a hospital visit. I ended up being transferred to Tina in billing who was belligerent and frankly unhelpful. She finally ended the call by hanging up on me. I would not recommend this office at all. They are rude and clearly creating an atmosphere in which women are being penalized by "policy" for having extenuating circumstances involving their pregnancies (I.e being "too far along") I thought the point of an obgyn was to take care of pregnant women? Didnt realize there was a cut off date or else Id have to pay.

This is the second time I have been to this location, I love it here. The physicians are wonderful and sweet! I wasnt able to the physician I saw the last time but one of the receptionist informed me of one of the NP, Marney Kidwell. So I decided to set up my appointment with the recommended NP. Marney Kidwell is very sweet and kind. She was helpful and answered the questions I had. The assistant that was working with her was also very sweet and kind. The front desk receptionist were also nice and welcoming. The waiting area was clean and neat, thats a big deal for me, I hate walking into doctor offices thinking Im going to catch something sitting down. Overall, my experience at this location was great and I dont plan to go anywhere else.

I just called here because I had heard wonderful things about the doctors. Even though there were a few negative comments about the scheduling and office staff, I decided to give it a try. Needless to say, the very first encounter I had was with a very rude and impatient office staff member named Debra. Very disappointed because I thought after looking at the doctors videos and bios I found a great place and I was so excited. However, I was so turned off by my first interaction with the receptionist, that I have decided to go elsewhere. First impressions are everything. I would recommend some phone courtesy and refraining from using the words "I cant help you" when speaking to a potential new patient. Very disappointed/disgusted.

I went to the Boerne location & when I went to look for a Decaf beverage the front office staff snapped at me. I told her I didnt like the way she spoke, she apologized but said I was being rude too... First off at a obgyn where most women cant drink caffeinated beverages, there should be a decaf option. And more importantly dont be rude. What I find worse is that when I looked at their website for a "contact" email there was none. The only option to contact anyone with this business is the patient phone line which averages 15-30 min wait time. So here I am, hoping that someone on their team looks at this. The doctors are fine here but the accessibility to staff & courtesy is undesirable.

My experience was terrible. The staff at the desk were not friendly or greeting. I arrived 45 minutes early, was called for vitals 15 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. I had been talking to staff and letting them know I needed to be out within the hour when I scheduled, at the time of arrival, etc. and I was fed lies and assured Id be out. Well an hour after my appointment was schedule acne along and still no dr. I dont recommend this place for anyone who has a schedule or life or looking for a welcoming OB.

Today was my first time to see Dr. Robin Womack and she is absolutely the best! I will be recommending her to everyone! She took her time to speak with me and answer any questions that I had. She even told me things that I didnt even think about asking. She really cares about her patients. Wish there were more doctors like her.

Very ideal if youre into Setting an appointment & waiting close 45 mminutes AFTER to finally be seen . it Seems as if Calling & setting an appointment weeks prior to showing up Counts for nothing because the staff will see you whenever they want . if youre going to use them as your main OBGYN Please Clear your entire day out.

Any physicians practice that makes you wait an hour or more WITH an appoinment deserves a 2 star review in my opinion. My time is valuable and I only continue to give my business to practices who respect the time of their patients.
