Because of the trauma Ive put my body through while in my 20s and early 30s, Ive needed a chiropractor for the last 15 years. Ive been in Florida for 12 years and have had a handful of chiropractors during this time frame. For the last 2 years, Ive been seeing Dr. Toma at the Lake Mary Chiropractic Center and his adjustments have helped me tremendously. Im a walking barometer at times so the rainy seasons here are the worse for me and I typically need adjusted more during this time period but I hold Dr. Tomas adjustments longer than any other chiropractor Ive seen since living in Florida which is an absolute blessing. The staff here are perfect, always ready and willing to answer any questions and the hours are very accommodating. I definitely refer them.

I have had neck and back pain for many years. This is because of extended periods of time sitting behind the wheel or in front of a computer for work. Dr. Toma and Dr. Kim have been great. They are always professional, super knowledgeable and care about fixing the root cause of the pain. They provide the non-surgical, no drug, pain relief that I have been looking for. The office is inviting and provides one stop for most of your healthcare needs. Besides chiropractic, they offer great massages, nutrition help and even have a workout facility. I actually met my wife in the waiting room! If you are experiencing any pain, I would recommend getting it checked out at Lake Mary Chiropractic.

I have been seeing Dr. Paul for neck and back issues for several years when I am experiencing pain and tightness. Dr. Paul has a calm and caring demeanor when working with me and is always open to questions and discussion, giving me the extra time I need to discuss my condition. His expertise is evident and I always leave his office with relief and a game plan for my overall healing process. I also bring my 9 year old son to Dr. Paul during football season and for preventative services. Dr. Paul is great with children, making them feel at ease and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Paul as a chiropractor for anyone with similar neck and back issues and for families.

They hold a special place in the hearts of our family. The office is full of happy and caring people assisting in all areas. Dr. Toma is a compassionate and professional caregiver. He takes the time to explain everything in detail. Most important of all, he takes time to listen to your concerns. This makes all the difference because he can then make the right corrections depending on your individual needs. Had an excellent experience with the overall care here. Felt results immediately, and was back to my normal self in 2 weeks! The complete experience here was excellent. The office environment was relaxing. The front desk staff was courteous and friendly. I Couldnt say enough good things about this Chiropractic center. Will continue to visit when possible to maintain in good health.

Im a geazer... (69!).... Been run hard and put up wet. I still work out 3 days a week at Body Coach with Blake Lavender. About 3 years ago began getting chronic lower back pain. Affecting my work outs and worse yet my fishing! Went to Dr. Paul on Blakes suggestion. He and staff worked with me for about 6 months. Getting better each visit. Now totally pain free in the lower back.... Great News for me bad news for Paul as I have not had to visit him in almost two years now! Even though Im not visiting Im praising your expertise anytime someone mentions back pain. Thanks Doc!! Ill stop by for an adjustment on my 90th!

I have unfortunately been in 3 car accidents in the last 2 years. Once I found Dr. Toma, Dr. Monica, and my favorite Physical Therapists Sandie and Traci I havent had a need to go anywhere else. I know I can get the attention, service, care and laughs I need. A great environment, very accommodating, and personable staff. I like doctors who listen and they listen. When Im hurting I know my PTs will get me warmed up, stretched out, and get me feeling better for my adjustments. WORKS EVERYTIME! I greatly appreciate you guys for nursing me back multiple times.

Before I met Dr. Paul I didnt believe in chiropractic. I attended one of his spinal care classes and it really opened my eyes. I dealt with daily headaches from working on computers all day and would get very sick a couple times a year. After being a patient at Lake Mary Chiropractic Center I have had very few headaches and when I get sick now, which is rare, I allow my body to fight it naturally with adjustments rather than drugs and I am back to normal much faster than ever before. Thanks Dr. Paul and staff for taking such good care of me!

Dr. Toma has provided me with a wonderful Chiropractic experience. Upon our first session, he took X-rays and thoroughly reviewed their findings with me in person. After having an MRI done, it appeared the culprit was a disc herniation. Dr. Toma recommended Spinal Decompression therapy of which was helped to minimize my pain and get me back in the gym. All the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Lake Mary Chiropractic Center to anyone seeking Chiropractic care.

I absolutely love each and everyone that works here. The office staff is amazing, the chiropractors are great, the massage therapist, exercise therapist each and every one of you are absolutely amazing!!! Ive been to several chiropractic offices and this is by far the best. They truly have you at best interest at all times. Ill recommend them every time. Ive been seeing Dr. Toma and his staff for almost 5 years and have never had a bad experience. Any time I have needed a last-minute visit (like the time I jumped out of an airplane and was nearly ripped in half when the parachute deployed!), I was able to get in and get an adjustment. I am a member of the massage club, also, and the combination of a deep massage and an adjustment is what I imagine Heaven must be like. I recommend Lake Mary Chiropractic to everyone I know.

Before walking in, I had spent half of my life trying to find and treat the reason I was getting indescribably awful migraines. On a whim, having all but given up, I actually gave chiropractics a try. When they showed me an X-ray and were able to finally explain to me what had been wrong with me for so long, it was so relieving. This staff has literally changed my life.
