Dr. T is a magician. I visited him for the first time a year an a half ago when both my shoulders flared up and refused to move. I had seen my regular physician and a physical therapy without relief. A friend recommended I see Dr. Teixeira and within two weeks, my shoulders no longer hurt and I was able to use them properly. Initially, I had several reoccurances of the pain over the next couple of months but through regular visits with Dr. Teixeira I was able to get through it. Example of how effective his methods are: on Tuesday it would flare up, I would see him Wednesday or Thursday, he would perform active release therapy (ART) on my shoulder, and Friday I would wake up in no pain and able to use my arms. Its been over a year without a flare up. I do try to get in and see him quarterly though to keep everything moving in my shoulders properly. I have and will again recommend him to anybody suffering with joint, back, neck, hand, feet pain.

My husband and I started receiving care from Dr. Teixeira this year and are so thankful for his service and care for each of us in our issues. We had heard about Active Release Therapy (ART) and it seemed to really make a lot of sense for our particular issues to do more than just spinal adjustments. Dr. Teixeira has really helped educate us about whats going on in our bodies and what hes trying to do to help...and weve seen results! The office staff is very helpful and kind, and they are able to be flexible with scheduling. We are so thankful for the care weve received and have seen definite results.

Although Dr Teixeira is qualified to treat patients in several areas (chiro, ART, acupuncture etc) there is no substitute for his innate ability to zero in on the problem area and use the appropriate treatment. Many doctors gave up on me or me them because all they could do was drug me and not fix the problem. I am now free of back pain and can walk without a walker just fine! Absolutely amazing. Dr. Teixeira has an A+ attitude, is extremely talented and patient. He has been able to pin point and explain my problems to me. Ive experienced incredible results in just a few visits. All the staff is great. He has helped me get back on the road to recovery.
