Scheduled appointment. Confirmed they accept our insurance with Ford Eye Center staff. Took off work for the appointment. When arrived was told they scheduled me with a doctor that doesnt accept our insurance. Point out we called a week prior to appointment and was told they were aware of change in our insurance and confirmed they accept it. Needless to say wasnt happy that took off work for appointment only to be told the doctor I was scheduled with doesnt accept our new insurance when the doctor that saw my wife would accept it. Should have told us prior to coming in or better yet should have schedule me with doctor my wife saw since he did accept our inaurance.

My grandmother lives in New Mexico and she was told by her optometrist that she needed cataract surgery. She came to visit my family and told me should would like to have it done here where I get my eyes checked. The doctor took his time to explain the different options to us and what he recommended would be best. The process was so smooth that I was able to bring her and have my 4 month old with me. My grandmother is extremely happy with her vision and always tells me that getting her cataracts taken care of was one of the best things she has ever done for herself. Thank you Ford Eye Center for taking such great care of my grandmother and my family.

I had an appointment scheduled and Dr. Ford took the rest of the day off, must have forgotten my appointment. This is the second time!! and I live in Kennedale! Stay away from this place!

We have seen great eye doctors here, they are caring and kind. Yes the wait is a little long, but its because they do take there time during your appointment.

Friendly Staff. Clean Environment. Free H2O. TV in waitng area. Eye Glasses Center too. But long wait once you get there.
