Welcome.Goldstar Travel

Went to have eyes checked and needing glasses on May 25th. Got a call from Porsche on the 26th asking me for my prescription, weird. Asked her did she not have it at the office ?? Said yes and that she would be ordering my glasses that day. 10 days later and still do not have my glasses. I called to check on them and they where not in, asked when they would be in and the response was I do not know, but she would call. Its about an hour later and still no call back. So I called my insurance company VSP. and they told me the order was not even called in until the 5th of June a week after my appointment. They checked on them and and said that they would be shipped on Friday and I should receive them on Monday the 13th. Why do I have to call and why did she call about the prescription, and why did he not call the order in until a week later ???

They have an optician named Amerina who is the most condescending, rude and hateful person I have ever had to deal with. She used extremely foul language, was short tempered and very unprofessional. I would have to say that anyone having her on staff would have to be desperate. I would never trust my eyecare to a person this rude, hateful, disrespectful and unprofessional.

I would never recommed this place to anyone just because of my experience with a lady there named Amerina. She was rude and used foul language several times during my visit. She made me feel very uncomfortable and I couldnt wait to get out of the office. For a more pleasant experience try one of their other locations.

I was unhappy that you guys do not have a contract with fitovers, as I first got them from your ( now closed location on Brentwood stairs) Ft Worth location.i will handle that pair at a different location. Im happy to have found you.

The entire place was very clean and comfortable. I was referred by the VA Healthcare System for an eye exam for new glasses only. I filled my prescription at the VA afterwards. The staff was polite and friendly, very professional. Dr. Cleveland even printed a report detailing my exam.

I have learned to trust vision source for professional eyecare. My 2015 eyeware have a cracked lense. yet, they are clear as compared to my 2016 lenses. My 2016 lenses from another source lasted less than 4 months before scratches and yellowing appeared. That speaks volumns to me.
