Im not the cheerleader type, normally (never wanted to be). But for Dr. Hong & Bridget (in North Arlington office) & every person I have came in contact with at Key Whitman I would be. I went to another over advertised eye clinic in DFW before going to Key Whitman & I felt like I had been worked through the cattle chute. And was then told to come back in a year. So knowing that the other company didnt help my eyesite, I called Key Whitman & from the get go I was treated wonderfully. (I never mentioned my previous eye exam to them, until after my surgeries.) At Key Whitman, I received the best eye exam that I have ever received in my life, from Bridget. She was friendly, respectful & kind. Wonderfully clean with all equipment, making me feel confident in putting my face on it. She never made me feel rushed, nor got inpatient when I was trying to figure out what I could see. Ive always felt like I was so rushed & unsure of my choices. And by the glasses Ive always gotten, they were rushing me... Bridget, was just awesome in every way. If shes not a teacher to others showing her techniques & how she administers an exam, she should be. When I met Dr. Hong, I knew I had gotten another blessing. Dr. Hong is straight forward & honest. I am so glad that I trusted her judgement on what would be best for my vision. She corrected the vision in both my eyes. I cant say enough great things about her. Competency & intelligence is what she exudes & she backs it up. Shes a true blessing to her profession. There is not one time, from calling to make an appointment, to walking in the office in North Arlington, having my surgery in Dallas at the new location, or having my check up in the South Arlington office, I have been treated like a human being dreams of being treated at a Doctors office. I would & have recommended Key Whitman to my friends & family. Whoever they have doing their hiring, knows what they are doing. Key Whitmans office staff is great also. I just cant say enough good things. The surgery center folks were just as great. Key Whitman did change my life!!! Thank you!!! I believe that they really care about helping my eyesite & doing the best job possible. Dr. Hong, you ROCK!!!!

BEST eye exam in years. Dr. Faber knows everything about eye care and can explain in in plain English. All the technical assistants were expert in their testing and gave me a great feeling of confidence with their results. For the first time in a decade I have a prescription for new glasses that will give me the vision that I need. The office staff is top draw from scheduling my appointment to providing all the paperwork for my news lenses. A great all around experience and in much less time than I was expecting. I have been going to Key-Whitman since I had LASIK 5 years ago and have had nothing less than a 5-star worthy experience each time I visit. Whether it is my annual eye exam or occasional appointments outside of my annual exams, I have never had any issues with making appointments when they work best for me. Every doctor I have seen has been very kind and knowledgeable and I feel like I am in good hands. I have recommended Key-Whitman to many of my friends and will continue to recommend them!

Did my surgery here and it came out perfect and so easy. The doctor us great with whay he does. Also I liked how I could see after the surgery and not have to use patches and what not to keep me from seeing. Staff here is super nice and listen to what you say. I have no negative comments about this location. If you want surgery this would be a great place and worth the price.

The South Arlington location is the best compared to the North Arlington office. Its a lot calmer and the overall atmosphere is better. Ill definitely do my best to make sure that I get all of my future appointments at the South Arlington location.

The doctor explain the limitations of contacts, demonstrated my changing vision and then discussed the options. It was clear and made easy to understand. The lady who helped me with using the contacts was very patient and helpful.
