SHE GETS THINGS DONE, BUT ITS A TERRIBLE OFFICE, REALLY BAD STAFF THAT LIES ALL THE TIME. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANY ONE UNLESS THEY ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS. ALSO, BE PREPARED TO WAIT FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS IF YOU ARE LUCKY. THE DOCTORS ACCENT IS EXTREMELY HARD TO UNDERSTAND AND ONE TIME A PERSON IN THE STAFF ASKED ME TO GO SEE ANOTHER DOCTOR. SOMETIMES THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY SENT OUT A REFERRAL TO A CERTAIN SPECIALIST AND THEY DONT, THAT HAPPENS VERY FREQUENTLY! I wish you all wellness away from this office!

Worst experience ever, had an important check up for my spouse they called us back after about a week. Got there waited more than 2hours finally get to come in and see doctor but than they said they dont know where the result are since they mislocated!!! People do have a life and so many stuff to do, waiting time are terrible i can understand its busy but how can you called to come back for result when you dont have it in hand???

Worst patient care I have ever experienced. The staff seems inept and cannot accomplish the simplest tasks. The doctors are not any better. I have been trying to get paperwork for medical supplies filled out by the doctor for a month now, calling multiple times a week. Still waiting!!! As soon as this is done, Im finding a new doctor. Please avoid this place at all costs.

the staff is lazy and never do things when they say they will called the office 3 times to make sure they called my kids asthma prescription in I get to the store and sure enough they never called it in this happen more then once the new staff is awful I have been going her for 6 years this last year has change and I will be changing Doctors

OMG this is the worst experience ever, first I came to have my sons 12yr shots done and the dr tells me he cant because he dont trust the shot record I have he wants me to get the shot record from school. I wasted 3hrs for him to tell me that. Now I have to make ANOTHER Dr apt but I will not be making it with him I will be changing PCP!!!!

Do not come to this doctor there is no people and if you have an appointment you still have to wait like 2 hours the stuff they do not know what they doing I took my son to check his heart and they put the connections backwards any show up normal heartbeat when he was nothing wrong with my sons heart I do not know how they are in business

Av known them for years , bcos they are couple, truly they re very slow due to their old age, bt they actually find a solution to my problem, by diagnosing exactly what causes my stomach problems, after 3times visits to MCA in Arlington +Ultra scan machine wit 0 results

Ridiculous wait times even when its only 2 people. The front office staff are incompetent and probably because they are hired within family... those kids have rehearsed lines they have no idea whats going on. Smh

HORRIBLE... RUN.. Fast & Far.. LAZY office people, they do not do what they say they are going to do. Plenty of other doctors.. Hes 87 years old and forgets EVERYTHING..
