5/30/17Review- So I took my daughter for a sick visit with cough etc she had allergies. I leave with the comment of the PA saying my daughter might possibly have down syndrome... because she has some "facial features" and "sticks tonge out" wth. By the way she is teething...So I went to see my babys cardiologist since she was born and mention the comment. He said clearly the baby is fine with no possible way she has down syndrome. That there were NO facial features AT ALL. My baby is 7 months already and was in the NICU when born. So it could have been detected before. Clearly the "PA" needs more training in her job people are so unprofessional!! I will be changing dotors now!!! 6 month check up--They have new people now and have no clue what they are doing. My daughter got her 6 months shots and the lady couldnt hold my daughter right i had to completly hold her down both legs and arms. She took forever to give her 3 shots and made it worst and painful. The other lady who did them last time was way better and quick at it. The wait time sucks too. Was there 2 hours for shot only.

The last 3 times here the lobby has been over crowded and smelled like a dirty diaper. When i told the medical assistant that she laughed and said yeah it always stinks. The walls are disgusting i dont want to touch anything in fear i might catch a disease. The wait time is beyond ridiculous. I have walked in and waited 4 hours for first visit. Second i scheduled an appointment and still spent 3 hours in the building and now for my 3rd visit i sit here for a simple weight check and med refill going on 2 hours of waiting with a 9 am appointment time. All with people who have no control of their children. I am done with this place after today. Never ever coming back. This place is breaking HIPAA rules left and right. Calling out peoples names by first and last is not allowed in the medical field. I have asked every time to not call out my full name and it still gets done. This place is a joke.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. It deserves no stars to be honest. I waited for over 3 1/2 hours to see a doctor, who was nice but only saw me for 2 minutes and literally put the least amount of effort into the visit as possible. On top of waiting for what seemed like forever and feeling like this place lacked a major sense of care for the patients, they only have one doctor who would be able to write a couple types of prescription I needed...so basically I waited for 3 hours to see a doctor for 2 minutes who then wanted me to wait god knows how long to do some blood work, needless to say I was fed up and ultimately I left before the bloodwork. WASTE OF MY TIME. Also, the staff members were very rude and seemed to be in their own little world. Never going back again

I would give this zero stars if possible. Doctor was an absolute joke, wouldnt shock me if shes not even a real doctor. Tried to give my son treatment that may have actually made his condition much much worse and could have put him in the hospital. Luckily Im a nurse and was able to recognize what she was doing and had to actually explain to hear what the proper treatment should be. She tried to prescribe by 10 month old son cough syrup, which is a HUGE no no. No kid under 2 should ever be having that. Not sure how a doctor isnt aware of that. Literally, take your kid at their own risk.

Ive been at this clinic for 3 years, and the thought of going in for my med refills was anxiety provoking. In the last 8 months, a new doctor has moved in and is absolutely wonderful! There still a minimal wait but the care she gave for my problem was worth it! If they did appointment meant times instead of sign up sheets it would really make the overall visit pleasant. But Dr. Bhadani is sweet, caring and reassured me several times to talk about my issues, even called me at home to make sure problem was being followed up!!! She puts "family" back into family doctor!!!

The staff and doctors are really nice, but I do have some issues. Each time, you see a new face. You do not get to have a personal relationship with your doctor. There are major issues with communication. My son requires a fax to be sent for a prescription once every 4 to 6 months, and it is always a fight to get this done. There is very little parking available, and there is nobody monitoring the waiting room. There is no sick/well patient divider, and kids run rampant. However, weve been coming here for years, and really dont have many issues.

They do accept walk-ins, but I advise to only go to this place for that reason. If youre chip/medicaid and need to be seen that day its great, but expect over an hour wait. Appointments dont mean anything, you will still wait as long as the walk-ins. The staff at really young and inexperienced with no communication skills. I only suggest this place if you are waiting to be seen by a better primary and cant wait. Be warned, this place of a joke.

I just got told that they couldnt give my daughter her shots because she has two insurance companys. They had the shots in stalk for medicaid but they didnt have the same shot available to run under her other insurance. Im sorry but vaccines should be the same no matter what insurance you have. Im so sick of medical field caring more about money than the care of a human! They were so rude!

I wish I cud give this place no stars or negative stars. I Dont recormind this place to no one! Employees on the phone not paying attention to the clients. It take forever to get your kids look at n checked. And worst of all after all the waiting they Dont send info to schools on time as promised. Strictly unprofessional! This place needs either new management or new employees. Or BOTH!!!!

Its located in an area were there is no parking at all. The parking spots are taken by the employees of the clinic and/or neighboring offices and never leave any for patients. The employees of this clinic reserve their parking spaces. Inside the clinic is always dirty.

I never do reviews, but i had to make one for this place. Its a horrible place never coming here again. Waited 4 hours just to get a varicella vaccine! Im extremely frustrated! Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Worst experience ever.

have been to this location for years, its always the same thing, long hours of waiting and when u actually go in its even more waiting, it doesnt take that long to give a shot come on guys. Great doctor, horrible service
