I now have mixed feelings about Dr. Wagmans office. On one hand I believe he is a kind and caring physician. On the other hand, I have now spent quite a bit of money on office visits where he has not really done anything to relieve the pain in my lower back. Although PT was finally agreed upon as a non evasive solution, I discovered the charge would be over $250 each session until my deductible was reached. For the sessions he prescribed that is equivalent to two house payments. Dr. Wagmans office is now unwilling to allow alternatives to be completed without another office visit. Really? You need another co-pay to discuss a presented solution? My chart hasnt changed other than my blood pressure being a bit higher due to your lack of flexibility. Oh and since the doctor is on vacation and the nurse is just "too busy" to call me back I got hear this from these tidbits from the receptionist and MA. Got to love the way a physicians office is run.

Dr. Wagman is a very concerned doctor with bedside manners. I have been going there for about a year and he listens to what I have to say without rushing me. He is also very concerned about medications other doctors prescribe and will let me know if its not the proper medication to take. Antressa his nurse practitioner was also super friendly and caring. The staff is also very friendly and it is a very clean facility. It is very hard to find a doctor and staff who work together. The last primary care physician I had the staff never even looked at me or even greeted me when I went to sign up. The doctor would always scold me and his nurse would also call me and scold me. They could never understand that I am very sensitive to medications and have serious side affects with even antibiotics. So I am thankful that I am going there.

Very pleased with Dr. Wagmans office. Ive been a patient there since July 2010. I was a little skeptical since his office is in a shopping center, but I have been pleasantly surprised. The office is new and clean, and they have a good website. Dr. Wagman listens, and he is patient and unhurried during my visits. His office staff is friendly, and it has always been easy to get an appointment. And I never have to wait very long, which is super important to me. Also, they have been very responsive about helping me with referrals and referral renewals. I also really like Dr. Wagmans nurse practitioner, Antresa. Ive seen her a couple of times.

The front reception area is very clean and comfortable. Korin, the receptionist, was extremely friendly and helpful. Antresa the PA I saw was amazing! Very outgoing and knowledgeable, she was compassionate and made my visit a great one! I will definitely continue coming here!

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Wagmans practice and staff. He has the best bedside manner and spends quality time with his patients. I have never felt more comfortable with a pcp or his staff than I do with Dr. Wagman. So glad I found him to be my dads PCP.

If you value your time and dont want to listen to condesending receptionists then I recommend you go elsewhere. Nothing quite like hearing biting sarcasm when receiving health care.

Dr. Wagman is a very caring and competent doctor. He takes his time with me and seems genuinely concerned about my health. His office staff has always been courteous to me.
