Great appointment that took a plunge in the end. The office is really clean, the girls are hardworkers(but you do have to be very persistent) and the doctor was very informative to all of my concerns. I was seated 35 minutes later than my appointment and still had to wait on the doctor, but hey? who can say they are never late? It happens. However, some things began to go terribly wrong. He didnt have staff to run my insurance to see if it covered a shot. He also practiced two tests I didnt request and sent me a bill. I quickly found myself calling his office frequently and nobody knew how to answer my questions. For a few weeks, I couldnt get a nurse to let me speak to him. Finally, we got it worked out. There we go, 5 Star Review for correcting a mistake. Then... He called me and told me I WAS WRONG for paying the bill and that he was going to pay it. Then he brought up my 1 STAR google review and implied that I should change it? I told him I would after the error was corrected. I would highly alert Blue Cross and Blue Shield customers to avoid. If he cant file paperwork correctly, Im certain his work is faulty as well.

Dr. Dilena was my obgyn starting in 2013 I didnt like my previous one that I had so I decided to try Dr. Dilena and see if I liked him and Im glad I did from the first appt he was very informative and referred me to also see a perinatal doctor as well and dr. Dilena is really great at keeping in contact with that doctor too, so that way I wasnt left relaying information back and forth between doctors. Only thing is the waits were long but I liked him so much it wasnt a deal breaker for me and I have continued to keep seeing him and recommend him.

I switched to doctor Dilena my 4month of pregnancy & he has been nothing but great ! His nurses are even better lol , they make you feel so welcomed and he actually takes time to check on his patients individually , doesnt rush at all ( he has ALOT of patients as being the only obgyn for his office ) . Very clean & super neat , you can tell he loves what he does ! #Amazing #10Stars

He has been my Dr since I was 19 I went to the hospital about something and they told me it was really bad so I made a appointment with Dilena and he told me that it was not what was said it was pretty much nothing but blisters from a previous infection left by a DNC and he is also my sisters Dr and delivered all 3 of my nieces. I dont think there is a better Dr than him.

He is the best, after seeing three different doctors including one, so famous in Dallas, giving me the sad news about, having fibroids and needed surgery to removed my uterus, Dr Dilena proved them wrong, you will have a baby, he told me, and I have a 13 year old son, thank you for your professionalism, blessings.
