I had my yellow lab and my red healer both seen by Dr. Wardell. I was very impressed with how well she handled my pets, she educated me and got me all the things for both of my dogs. However, when I was trying to order my flea a tick medication (though a cheaper website than what they "recommend" ) Customer service is huge to me, so being treated like I was such an issue made my experience unwelcome . I understand it could have been an error though the place I went or just not receiving the fax for one of my dogs. After the second fax was sent and then denied I called the vets back and was advised they only fill prescriptions through their online website... then told they could care less if I was a client or not. I will say, finally in the end I was assisted and helped to get this prescription filled. I have mixed feelings about this vets office and it blows because I enjoyed the exam very much.

I must say. I dont go to the doctor myself. Maybe once in the last 8 years. We just adopted our first dog, a dachshund, from the shelter on Hilton Head 6 months ago so this was the first time ever to any vet. I must say they were very cordial and since I am on a very strict budget I needed to make sure our little doggy will not only be taken care of but that it would fit in our budget. I must say both happened. I had the new doc in the office. Sorry sweetie, dont remember your name. She was awesome. Highly recommend this as your pets place for wellness.

Undoubtedly the worse vet (Colorado) I have ever encountered, missed diagnosis (large spleen tumor) clearly visible to 3 other vets, she said was gas in bowels, pushes supplements and prescription food, very argumentative, front staff incompetent , would not refund even after her missed diagnosis, I purposely waited 8 months to post this thinking my mind would change ……obviously not. I would never recommend this vet.

No one we trust more with both our dogs health. We were worried when Dr. Singletary left, our pups dont care for Dr. Colorado, but they LOVE Dr. Klewein, the new doc! We have been impressed with the time the staff and docs spend on any given issue, we wish human care was this great!
