The staff up front are friendly (where 1 star was earned), but the quality of dental work you receive is far less than what you would expect. I had a root canal done. I was in pain for a year beyond the appointment and it never truly got better. He claimed the crown needed shaven down because it was biting too hard on that side. I had that done within 3 months after the root canal, still in pain. The next claim he made was the cement could be irritating me and it would just need redone. I decided to go to a reputable dentist and on the x-ray he found a botched job was done from the beginning with fractures underneath and a new abscess forming, causing me extreme pain. I would have spent double to not go through all the hassle and pain. I had to have the tooth extracted in the end, because there was so much damage done from the root canal it was not even possible to have it redone. Please be advised if you need a root canal or serious dental procedure, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Dental Express is HORRIBLE the girls up front are rude and dont answer the phone While waiting the phone rang 7 separate times they kept talking to each other and laughing. They had pulled all my top teeth in September it now been 5 months later and. I have been back several times and they still havent start to get molds made so I can get,dentures for my top. They are suck at dental care they are a scam they said my insurance company wouldnt pay for some of what I needed done that I had to pay out of pocket. Well they lied and my insurance did pay for so what happened to the cash I paid. They said I never paid them but I have my receipt.

DONT GO TO THEM!!! Horrible practice. Went for infected tooth. Told me we needed to do root canal on 2 teeth. Not sure why 2 when only 1 needed done but ok. Went to 6 different appointments to try and save tooth. Last apt he went to finish root canal and broke my tooth all the way to gum line. Then said theres nothing he can do about it so he had to pull it. Im fighting insurance company and BBB over this now. So all in all ive lost a tooth i tried to save. Whatever you do DONT GO THO THEM!!

I was truly in love with Dental Express until I showed up to my appointment to get my extractions and they were closed. The office was supposed to be open until 5, I got there at 3 and no one was there. Another lady showed up for her 3:30 appt. The scheduling rep was just as baffled as we were and couldnt explain what happened. She said their entire afternoon was booked with appointments and they just left. Didnt call to cancel, to reschedule, nothing. Very unprofessional!

One of the WORST places to go, dont bother. I had a crown put on backward, then told oh you need to come back for a new one. Funny I go to my regular dentist and he tells me no, the crown is fine no need for a new one, beside who ever put this back on for you, put it on backward.( Funny how I told them, but Dental express dentist pretty much laughed in my face).

The dental assistants are wonderful! The one filled my front tooth which made me not want to smile before it was fixed and she did an amazing job and she was also very friendly as they all are...the only down fall is that I really cant understand the dentist when he talks he has a thick accent.
