After searching in South Salem for Quest for a half hour, I decided to try the West Salem site. Bad idea!! The sign is very small, in with a list of signs, and on the opposite site of the road in the busiest intersection. I didnt even see it. I drove around the block twice. Asked another professional office and found it was in the back of another Medical office, no sign on the building, no receptionist at the desk and access from Orchard Heights is through an "Employees only" ally-way. The Quest web site has no directions and doesnt mention it does not have its own office or building. I did finally find the place, the technician was very nice, as usual. The web site and location are terrible. My first question was, "is Quest going bankrupt?" The Tech later advised that the South Salem Quest was located inside the Safeway store. This explains the confusion, the small building in the parking lot was vacant offering misleading confusion to my search.

They checked my insurance before I had any work done and told me that I would have no out of pocket expense. A month later I received a $40 bill. Office was terribly hard to find as well. Not pleased. UPDATE: I worked out a payment plan with these guys, to split my payment in 2. Not even 2 weeks after I made my first payment, I am receiving emails saying that I have 5 days to pay the rest of my invoice even though I should have until 9/4/17. These people are a joke, they tell you what you want to hear to avoid confrontation and then they bill you anyway. SO SHADY - STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!
