Dr Hanneken has never been a good Dr in my eyes. However yesterday she showed that for sure. She refused to treat my Crohns disease flare up (I had went to ER a few nights b4 for that) I really needed Prednisone as thats what works & anti nausea meds which she didnt provide. She looked up my chart from my last GI Dr and he stated when I saw him over a year ago he saw no signs of Crohns however in my medical records (got them today) its confirmed I have it...was diagnosed 6 years back and yes it goes into remission but its back. She told me she wouldnt perscribe me anything bcz of my GI drs note from over a year ago, I said that was a while ago and I need those meds...thats when she said she didnt think I had Crohns (like I said above its confirmed & in my charts) and I needed to wait till she referred me to another Dr as my GI retired. I got upset bcz that could take months b4 he sees me so I insisted sternly to give me those meds, she said no, I said so I suffer/stay ill till I see my new GI, she said yes. I raised my voice and said your my Dr u need to help me and she said just wait a few months. At this time I raised my voice more and says write me up those scripts I really need them, she once again refused. Then it turned into a yelling match between both of us. Ive never had a Dr deny my medical needs as well as be so rude & unprofessional! I cant live like this...its a terrible disease when in a flare. Good news I saw Dr Ahlers today at KVille clinic and he is amazing and caring and sincere, he attended to my needs, he even put his hand on top of mine at the beginning then at the ending he hugged me. Back to my long story (sorry its so long) I wouldnt recommend Dr Kimberly Hannaken. That was just horrible!

I have been hacking and blowing my nose for more than two weeks. My GP could not get me in and suggested Rapid Care. I arrived at 5 with no appointment and staff took my information almost immediately. I was called by 5:30 and saw the doctor by 6. She was very thorough and very compassionate. She diagnosed a sinus infection and called in the prescription so that I could pick it up that evening. I will definitely go back and will likely change this to my primary care.

Took my daughter to infusion center for a 830 am infusion. 1037 now, after numerous pokes trying to find a vein, nurse kept telling her it was her fault she could not find a vein. Came here to avoid the 5hr round trip to sf, but she is still waiting for her infusion. At least they are good with needles at ucsf. Prob not coming here again.

They have lost both of their Allergy doctors and now have no new doctor to replace them. Their phone menu mentions calling 911 for emergencies several times, explaining in Spanish, and hold time is extremely long with no direct numbers to the individual departments in the group.

I loved the doctor here who gave my nine year daughter the correct diagnosis and didnt tell me she had allergies!
