I went here on a Saturday evening because my flu symptoms suddenly got worse on day 7 when they had started to get better. My throat was so sore I couldnt even speak, the coughing was inbearable and I had a fever. I was concerned that maybe it was developing into pneumonia. They tested me for strep and it came back negative and then they tested my for the flu and it came back positive for Influenza B, which I already knew. The "doctor" told me to go home, take some Motrin and rest. I said I am getting worse, not better after 7 days, how long is the flu supposed to last and they said 5-6 days. Obviously, I was beyond that window and I was getting worse. I asked if there was anything at all that they could give me - antivirals, a Codeine cough syrup and he said no. He said, I can give you a shot in the butt of Prednisone and Toradol but that is it. So, thats what they did. I felt better for about four hours until all my symptoms came back in full force. I am now on day 12 and I am still just a sick as I was 5 days ago. I am not better!! Ive missed more work because the alleged "doctor" said that there was nothing that he could do or give me. So, now Ive wasted a $50.00 co-pay for nothing. This facility may be clean and the wait isnt that long, but the staff doesnt know how to treat patients!!

I wanted to take the time to review this place more as a note to people who might stop in. BIGGEST issue was the wait time. It was about 3 hours before I was able to see a doctor. 2.5 hours in the waiting room and about a half hour in the back waiting in a room to see a doc. Now they had begun telling people who arrived after me that they could leave and would receive a call. This option was never offered to me and I thought optimistically that being 5th in line meant it wasnt TOO long. Boy was I wrong. I think the callback option should be offered immediately to all guests as an option. Second issue was that I felt slightly dismissed by the doctor about my concerns. I know he has much more information than I do, I guess I wish he explained a little better on why what I was requesting would be a bad idea. Saw the doctor for a total of 5 minutes after waiting 3 hours. Otherwise, the place was clean, the staff seemed as friendly as any other doctors office. I would just warn others to ask to be called back if the wait is over 30 minutes. They estimated an hour to someone behind me and I waited for 3 hours.

After to waiting for a long time, when finally see the doctor took her a few minutes to checkout and gave me 3 medication for my throat infection Penicillin, Ibuprofen and Syrup for the bad cough I had, sent the prescription directly to the pharmacy. I went to CVS and they gave me only 2 medication. Called the Hoag Urgent care back and forth and they couldnt get me the cough medicine, because th Doctor didnt prescribed. I was so sick, tired, dizzy and went back to the Urgent Care and almost begging for the cough syrup prescription, at the end the penicillin didnt help me and ended visited another Doctor facilities. They really has a bad service and they just care for the money and dont have professional ethics.

I am very disappointed with both the level of service from the facility and the process they have with processing their lab work. I took my daughter in for an infection, the doctor on duty gave a potential diagnosis with a prescription, she also took some samples to send to the lab. I was told it would take 3 days for the lab results to come back. Now, over 2 weeks later and I am getting the run around. NO results, NO follow up and they are promising and NO reason as to why they cant get the results. To me, somebody screwed up with either sending my daughters labs out or the lab lost them. Either way, I am extremely frustrated with all of it. I have never had to wait so long for lab results to come back!

Went to this location on 10/21 after having a sore throat for 10 days. My right tonsil was swollen and had puss on it. The retarded DO looks at my throat and says "obviously your throat is irritated. Im going to give you 600mg of Ibuprofen, drink lots of fluids and get rest". By the time I got home 1.5 hours later, I had a fever (which I didnt have while I was there). I called back to urgent care and explained this and told them I needed an antibiotic. The female on the phone said "Ill talk to the doc and someone will call you back" needless to say that didnt happen. This morning I went to a different urgent care and I have strep! My family and I will never go to this location again!

Three hour wait.. Im sorry but I would imagine a 14 month old toddler with severe hives would be seen before grown adults with head colds. Numerous times I heard the Dr asking which patient was first and it was always the room before my sons, when it should have been my son that was seen first. I was asked if his breathing was normal and as soon as I said yes they said the Dr would be right with me... Half an hour later on top of the three hours we had already been waiting he was given Benadryl... Children should really take priority. I would have been better off going to St Jude urgent care where there are far more patients but wait times are within reason.

Brought my mother here on a Saturday mid-day while we were each rather far from home, and the whole experience was wonderful! Clean facility, fabulous friendly and professional staff, no wait. Only snag was that we had to go to an outside lab to get her bloodwork done. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. My mother felt very comfortable here, and we will definitely keep this great place in mind if were in need and nearby!

Long waits. Staff not responsive always on the phone. Dr is ok. But one time since they were closing they made us come in the morning again and charged twice instead of helping the first time Around with the medical issue. Save yourself the trouble go to medpost.

Worst urgent care. Came in with large deep laceration and had to wait 3 hrs. They said I would be seen quick. I could have gone to the ER anfor would have been quicker. NEVER going here again. Not a true urgent care.

Ive been seen here several times for either myself or my daughter. Weve never had issues and the staff have always been great to us. The wait has never been to long and the facility is clean.

Been here several times in the past 5 years and there is hardly a wait and Im in n out within an hour. Appearantly some people have had some bad luck here based on their reviews but not me.
