My wife got her upper wisdom teeth taken out today. And after the procedure they called me back there and told me that next time she needs dental done to go to the hospital because she cried to much. That was at 9am this morning. When we got in the car one of the nurses or whatever told us that it would only bleed for another 20 mins. It is now 5pm. She is still bleeding, the hydrocodon isnt working and one of her stiches is hanging down. I called the doctor the first time to tell him that the hydro isnt workimg because it says on the post op paper to call if the medications dont work and to also ask if the bleeding is normal for this long. He said hydrocodon is the strongest med they can give and then i called a second time after i saw the stich that was hanging down and he said how many times are you going to call me for little things. Then at the end of the conversation he told me to call if i had any other questions. I will not be going to to advance dental anymore.

Dr Von Gunten and staff are always do friendly. My son has been going to Advanced Dental care for 5 yrs (he saw another doctor which was great until he opened his own practice in Gainesville) and Ive been going for the past yr when Dr Von Gunten came on board. I have had sooo much work done and it was mostly painless. They let me schedule as little or as much as I could do depending on what I could afford. I couldnt be happier with my dentist office.

Still waiting for the refund this dental practice owes me its amazing I gave cash and yes I have a receipt that says my acct is plus 160.00 so why am I having so much flak getting my money.o yea its called the refund process just amazes me Im poor and the office is just making me wait to get my money .if the infection comes bac I am in for a rough time but they dont care I guess. O well I will be posting everyday until I get my refund peace all

My recent visit was for a routine cleaning. I have a lot of anxiety about dental procedures because of childhood experiences, but Tammy and Chris were wonderful. After a few minutes with Tammy, my concerns were completed alleviated. Both ladies talked me through what they were doing and took time to educate me on ways to improve the health of my teeth and gums. I left there looking forward to my next cleaning!

First and foremost, I have had awful experiences at the dentist. The last time I went to the dentist, it was so awful that I never wanted to go to another one again....Alas, Advanced Dental Care of Ocala changed all of that. Everyone I came into contact with from the receptionist to the Dental Hygienist was so comforting, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for restoring my faith in the dentistry field.

Had A Severe Toothache And Got In Same Day For Emergency Extraction. Everyone There Is Nice And Accomodating The Atmosphere Is Welcoming Didnt Feel Nervous At All. The Doctors And Assistant Are Very Professional I Was Out Within A Half Hour No Pain During Procedure Minimal Pain After. This Office Is My New Primary As Ive Had Some Bad Experiences Other Places! Will Recommend For Sure

Very happy with my experience thus far. The dentist educated me on the procedure he recommended I have. The dental hygienists are very kind. Office staff is fantastic and will help you understand your insurance. I came in with pain knowing full well that I had other issues that would need to be taken care of. This dentist prioritizes issues that are causing pain.

Went for a crown buildup. The experience was very pleasant with a friendly welcome at reception. A very short wait and I was called in for my appointment. Janelle, my dental assistant was fantastic and very professional in evertthing she did and Dr Caceres was wonderful in performing my treatment. Definitely a dentist and dental practice for others to consider!

They were awesome. I have never had a toothache and had one for 3 days. Called Advance Dental and was thrilled with my service the office staff and everyone there. Good bye tooth ache I will be going back to have other work done. Was in and out in less than an hour, and they had to remove a wisdom tooth. I highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

The health of my gums has improved significantly after treatment at Advanced. Pockets of 5, 6, and 7 three months ago are now no more than four. If you are in a hurry, Advanced may not be right for you as they spend considerable time doing background work and take their time during procedures, but the results are great! LAB

I wouldnt suggest this dentist to anyone. What a rip off! They are only interested in money. I couldnt get out of there fast enough. I paid my "$49 introductory visit" and ran to a true dentist. Aspen dental took great care of all my needs and trule cared about more then $.

Went in with no appointment and in severe pain from a broken tooth. Dentist and staff were caring and awesome. Out an hour later-tooth and pain gone. Going back again in January. Highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

They might be really, really good but I wouldnt know because their dentist refused to do anything about the problem I came with before I get a deep cleaning first. So I went to a dentist, who prioritize my needs over his pocket.
