This place does do decent work, however, their organization is terrible. I scheduled an appointment on the phone (after they contacted me). When I showed up for my scheduled appointment they had no record of the appointment and couldnt see me. I had to leave work early and take personal time. Then, in the new year they decided to leave our companys insurance network. They did this without sending out any communication or notifying their clientele properly. Many people from my office went to this dentist because they were so close and convenient, and none were told about the change. When we received bills for general cleanings and called up, North Ridgeville Family Dentistry just skimmed over the topic and barely apologized. If that isnt slightly shady to make a few extra dollars off clientele I dont know what is. Had they notified of the change, I would still have left this dentist but with a positive recommendation to others looking for a good dentist. Now i just have a bad taste in my mouth for their lack of effort and zero apology for the mess up.

While I have been in quite a few different dental offices, North Ridgeville Family Dentistry has really stood out to me because of all of the wonderful experiences that I have had with their whole team. I have not had a single bad experience here with anyone. The entire team takes exceptional care of everyone that walks in the door without hesitation and actually seem to want to do as many little things as they can for people. Everything runs smoothly and I know what to expect every time I have been here - as much detailed information as I want to my questions, and a feeling of people actually being taken care of. The doctors are some of the most genuine people I have ever been around in healthcare and for all of these reasons, I really love to come here.

From the first interaction with the staff, I could tell this dentist visit wouldnt be like any other Ive had. Ive never been to any medical office where everyone I interacted with knew I was a first time customer and greeted me with an introduction. I was offered something to drink probably five times, and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They are so friendly and informative - not to mention the their work is very gentle and top notch (I had Dr. Nisha who replaced some fillings). They are a little difficult to find, as the office doesnt actually face Center Ridge Rd, but once you find them, youll never go anywhere else! Highly recommend!

Once again, the team at North Ridgeville Family Dentistry provided excellent care during my visit. I have been a patient for many years and have always had competent and friendly service. Today was no exception. Painless cleaning - I felt so comfortable and relaxed I could have taken a nap. Dr. Gupta was generous with his time and attention as always - never appears rushed. He always has a moment to catch up and talk. Office is beautifully decorated and technology (PACS) is not always seen in dentist offices. Thank you again for providing a wonderful experience.

I saw them a few weeks ago for a chipped tooth. It was a run-of-the mill procedure, but I was very impressed with a lot of little things. For instance, Dr. Gupta had a few minutes while I was filling out paperwork, and he poured me some coffee! Then, during the procedure, they put this warm neck thing around my neck. In the evening, he called me personally to see how I was feeling. I dont know if they do this with everyone, but I really liked the VIP treatment

Our new dental practice! We needed a new dentist when we moved from out of state. Our previous hygienist "secret shopped" a few for us over the phone--asking questions about philosophy, procedures, and technology--and said this practice met all her (very high) standards. Weve found them to be friendly, good at explaining everything, and genuinely concerned with our well being. Im looking forward to a long and productive relationship with everyone here!

I have been going North Ridgeville Family Dentistry since moving to the area six years ago. Both Dr. Gupta and Dr. Punjabi and all of their staff are very friendly and really show that they care about their patients. While they are primarily dentists, they also are concerned about their patients overall health including blood pressure, diet, and activity. They encourage their patients to not only have healthy teeth, but to live a healthy lifestyle.

My wife and I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. Love the clean teeth feel :). The staff is super friendly and Dr. Gupta and Dr. Nisha have always been awesome. I love feeling that they tell you how it is, and never try to throw a sales pitch. If it makes more sense to do it this way, they will tell you and give you the reasons to support it. The new facility is beautiful and top notch! Highly recommended!!

I love my hygienist Michelle she is the best!!! Amazing quality to detail and customer service from the entire staff. The care from this office is the best from the desk to doctors. I am very happy with North Ridgeville Family Denistry. I needed and emergency root canal done and they were able to take me, and keep it the process pain free. I have nothing but positive things to stay about the staff and the office.

The staff with Dr. Gupta are very friendly and customer service orientated. Dr. Gupta is very knowledgeable and detailed in his work. He did a great job on my daughters crown. My teenage son said he is the best dentist he has ever been to. My family is happy with the staff & Dr. Gupta on their superior service.
