My family and I were patients when we moved to town. Did not like the atmosphere nor the service we received. We left many years ago. However, my husband had to see a specialist today and now must have a bone graph because of an improperly installed filling by this practice. Not to mention, the doctor brought her dog to work everyday and kept it behind a gate in her office where patients walked by. Not a sanitary thing to do in a medical facility.

I have been coming to Nichols Family Dentistry my whole life! They are FABULOUS! I come back twice a year from Columbus for my cleanings because I refuse to find another dentist! I can practically fall asleep in the chair when Kay cleans my teeth and Jennie is a great and personable dentist. I look forward to my cleanings every 6 months! If you are looking for a dentist, do not hesitate.....call Nichols!

I always am pleased with my care at Dr. Jennies office. The office staff is always friendly and greets me. Kay does a wonderful job x-raying, checking & cleaning my teeth, and is always friendly. Dr. Jennie is always upbeat yet professional in her examination and explanations. I never have a long wait and I can be in and out in no time! I have recommended Dr. Jennies dental office to many!

They both have a gentle touch, friendly demeanor and are knowledgeable about current medical/dental trends and issues. Love the entire staff and really miss Brooke!
