After 65 years, my teeth had become totally worn down, cracked, chipped, brown and awful. Previous dentists just observed "Wow - you are sure tough on your teeth!". I went to Dr. Novak for a second opinion on a my dentists cosmetic solution; he quickly identified the underlying problem- a dysfunctional bite, and recommended we first fix that and only then improve the cosmetics. The results and comparison of before-after are amazing. I now have confidence to smile and no longer am clenching nor grinding my teeth, which was my brains subconscious reaction to the bad bite. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and highly recommend Bushnell Dentistry! Dr. Novaks practice is state-of-the-art in handling what are called neuro-muscular bite issues like mine. I learned that for some people, not me, bite issues can cause great pain. They can be fixed!

Dr Novak and staff, Carolynn have been so compassionate, skilled & knowegable in my complicated treatment involving correcting my bite, & replacing upper over denture & lower bridge & crowns. They were always concerned with my comfort& explained procedures clearly. Adjustments were made as needed to receive any discomfort. The front desk Staff always greeted me with a smile Concerned about how I am. The first time we walked into Bushnell Family Denestry Jeanne explained what to expect with 1st visit, services available, and types of financing available. Thanks to a wonderful, skillful staff the final results are beautiful & I have received great compliments from My family & friends. I would not hesitate to recommend your Dentistry. I cannot believe I found this dental practice. I had been to 4 dentists and had almost given up on finding a dentist that could deal with my fears. This office is quite apt at creating a comfort level from start to finish. Since I had waited so long, I had some emergency work that needed done. Dr. Ahmed introduced himself and spent 3 hours with me until I was completely comfortable getting the work done which he completed at that same visit. No where I have ever been could they do more than introduce themselves, hand you off to have x-rays done, and set an appointment for another date. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful experience!

I rate Bushnell Family Dentistry as perfect. I have used all 3 dentists over the years and my major Dentist is Dr Ahmed. Dr Ahmed is a great Guy and his Dentistry is second to none!!!!! I really enjoy him as a person! My Dental Hygienit is Emily Poe and she is the reason I came to Bushnell-She is Special!! I LOVE MY NEW SMILE! I had really bad symptoms with headaches and grinding my teeth ever since junior high. I tried all different types of treatment but they didnt help. Luckily I found Dr. Ahmed and he was able to help. The side benefit of this.... I have a beautiful new smile that I get compliments on all the time!
