I have been coming to this facility for a year or more now. We come in to get our teeth worked on. I must say this is one of the most uncomfortable places I have ever been to. Its a dentist. They deal with teeth. Thats painful. Learn compassion. Each and every time I have to call this place or go I get so stressed about having to deal with this one lady named Madeline who shouldnt even be allowed to interact with any people. Everytime I go or call Madeline is the one I have to deal with. Madeline is racist and lets you know. I have sat there and watched Madeline talk with other Spanish people, smile and talk softy and sweet when speaking Spanish on the phone. But! put an American in front of her instant switch. Straight Haggard face, mono tone and a condescending attitude. Madeline, you sweet heart are a civil servant. I pay you. I put food on your table. Humble yourself and learn compassion or go home so u can smile all the time and soften your hard heart. Cause youre in America we are everywhere and you work for us. I dont ever complaine. I bite my tongue and go about my business. But yesterday Madeline severely over stepped and had me screaming at her with no care of who saw or heard me. I wanted to go outside really quick because we had car trouble when we were on our way there and I wanted to see how the car was doing after having to quickly replace an Oring at the car shop down the Rd from the clinic and still try and make my appointment. I asked Madeline how much time my girls had left. Madeline said 45min. So I said "oh wow OK, my man is out smoking a cigarette so Im gonna go out to the """""CAR""""" with him. We are a little stressed from the car issue." Well apparently her 45 min was wrong, as 3-4 min after being out at the car (all the way in the back of the parking lot closest to the Rd) my oldest 6 years old comes running out. A huge expedition had to hit their breaks hard cause she ran out in front of the vehicle. She knows not to cross the Rd without looking. But she also doesnt cross without me so she was in a panic and didnt know what to do so she just ran out. Had that truck not been looking it would have hit her. I only noticed her because of the sound of the vehicle having to break so hard. Is this woman really as idiotic as this situation portrayed her? Or is her hatred toward my race so active that she didnt care about sending my kid out into danger. Was having to use your nice words so difficult that you couldnt have her sit down and wait or is it youre just to angry and lazy that you couldnt get up off your chair (since nobody was on the dental side) to come out and get me yourself. I will continue to come to this dental office and I will now complain each and every time you insult me. You can mess with me. But you mess with my kids. Im a savage. You messed with the wrong mom yesterday Madeline. Im going to cost you your job.

Dr. was very pleasant took time to explain health issues Very intelligent and caring wait time 15 minutes Nurses Lab personnel and other staff were professional. Environment clean and spacious and they have an on site pharmacy
