If I could have rated this establishment with a lower increment I would have. I received a message on my VM today at 1:49pm telling me that if I want to be seen for my 6:00pm appointment on time, that they need me to show up at 4:00pm. What I need is for you to not make same day changes with scheduling!! How inconsiderate is that!?!? I have heard of arriving 15 or 20 mns early, but two hours?! No maam... So I called back and spoke to a different lady from the one that left the message who was very professional and pleasant. However, she pretty much communicated the same thing to me that was stated in the voice message, but also further explained that my appointment was scheduled directly following an oral surgery. What does this have to do with the price of tea in China? And what does this have to do with honoring the time that I was originally scheduled for? This was the 3rd time that I have had an experience with this establishment that was less than stellar. I came in last month (15mns early for my appointment I might add) and waited an entire hour before leaving because I had to get back to work. 1st appointment with Watts Family Dentistry I was there for 3hrs. I was scheduled for a cleaning, but did not even get my teeth cleaned. My appointment was for 6:00pm, and even on that day they called and asked me to come at 5 instead. I do understand that things happen at establishments where unforeseen circumstances call for adjustments, however, my time is just as valuable as yours!!! And and so is my money. So I will be taking my business elsewhere. If you are a person like me, where every minute of your day is planned out and filled with important obligations, choosing Watts Family Dentistry will be very frustrating and disappointing.

I visited Watts family dentistry twice ,once for cleaning and another for a broken tooth. Front disk & office manager are dishonest= fraud. They imposed unnecessary service on you to add up for a long list of service to bill your insurance, then they bill the wrong codes and when the insurance ask for further info.they do not provid it because they are too busy so the customer pays for the service because the insuranse rejects the case for wrong codes. If customer complained, case manager say to the customer" DO NOT COME BACK YOUR RECORDS are WAITING FOR YOU AT THE FRONT DISK".They become very nasty. If customer ask for the owners address to complain, they decline. Another visit which I paied infull out of my pocket no insuranc, no discount. Before I left the office, when i was on the dentist chair during treatment, front disk billed my credit card and my insurace for procedure was not done which i found out by accident, when i asked for a detailed bill in witting. Five days later my tooth that i paied for infull out of my pocket hurts I cannot bite on it , they take no responsibility for their work. That had been my experiace with that office.

Going to the dentist can be tramatic! Dr. Hairston and the whole Watts Family Dentistry office really seem to care and work hard to create a great customer experience. I recently had escalating dental issues from a childhood injury after 30 years of ongoing care. Dr. Hairston provided counsel and also referred me to multiple specialists to ensure that the best possible solution was found for me. She always takes the time to answer all my questions and to ensure that I feel comfortable with each step of my ongoing dental work. I was having issues last night and I was fit in with Dr. Cave today for a check. He was just as great! Love, love, love this office and recommend it to anyone looking for a new dentist!

This is by far the best dental office in Hampton. The staff is nice and very knowledgeable. The office is clean and welcoming. My three children ages 4,9&15 where very well taken care of Dr.Watts and staff explained step by step what they had planned to do. They made my four year old very comfortable by allowing her to see each utensil used and how they work... Hands down I love them and would recommend anyone I know to come to Dr. Jasper N. Watts dentistry...

The pulling of my wisdom teeth went well, but my complications after was not dealt with in the manner that I would expect. If a patient is calling to tell you that their wisdom extraction site is possibly infected, that should be considered important. BUT instead, the idiot who took the phone call said, oh we are booked, can you come next week? I will gladly go have another doctor look at it.

Great place and great staff.. they made me feel very comfortable from the time i walked in the door until the time i walked out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.. they did alot of work on me today and they continously checked on me and made sure i was doing ok throughout the process... i couldnt ask for anything better! !!

Best Dentistry Ever! Best Staff Ever! Amy is the best hygienist! I have an 8 year old autistic son who is terrified of people (especially strangers) touching his face/mouth area. Amy was able to perform an exam on him and get all of his teeth cleaned. She is so patient and kind! Everyone here is awesome!

I have been going to this office for a couple of years now. The doctors and staff are professional and thorough. They always make sure to answer any questions I have. I take all three of my children here and refer my coworkers because of the excellent service. Definitely recommend!

Horrible service had an emergency and cracked my tooth and they told me antibiotics and tylenol would help the pain the nerve is hanging out my tooth.tylenol dont work and they refuse to give anything else for pain horrible service im canceling my follow up appointment there.

Love this office! Everyone is very friendly. Ive had a lot of work done and they have always been great. My kids are 5 and 7 and they were great with them as well!
