After avoiding going to the dentist for various reasons for YEARS (20+) I finally "bit the bullet" and went to Smith & Cole. The staff was very pleasant from the front desk to the examination room everyone was helpful and smiling. They were very gentle and answered all my questions. Despite having not seen a dentist in so long they did not lecture me and in fact did their best to be as straightforward as possible on what I needed to have done. I initially was going to take their recommendations on what I needed done and try to go to a low cost clinic but after they were so great I will be returning to them to have all the work done.

My family and I moved from Beaumont to New Braunfels in February 2002. I was told by a fellow gymnastics mom that if we were in need of a dentist to look up Dr. Todd Smith. Well, I did and my husband and daughter have been seeing Dr.Smith and I have been going to Dr. Michael Cole ever since. My mother recently moved to the area from Chicago and she is, also, a patient.. Both dentists are absolutely the best and their dental hygienists are exceptional. The rest of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable which makes for a pleasant dental experience. I highly recommend Smith & Cole Dentistry!

My wife and I could not be more pleased with the level of meticulous,comprehensive and personal care we receive from Dr. Kristin Soileau who always strives for absolute perfection. Several years ago my dentist at the time determined that my teeth needed to be attended to by a Periodontist who was to "clean" my gums due to excess tarter. The process included "cutting" the gums. While driving back to my office I heard a Smith Cole advertisement and remembered Dr. Todd who I had met while working with his wife. I called the office and made an appointment. Stephanie and Dr. Smith SAVED my teeth and my gums! The office uses the latest equipment to make the patients visit the best it can be The office staff is wonderful.

Dr. Smith has been my dentist for years, even when I moved to Boerne and San Marcos. I have never been hurt in his office and whereas before Dr Smith I needed laughing gas just to feel somewhat comfortable, I now can go to Dr Smith and not be afraid. I actually change my dental insurance so I can see Dr. Smith because I trust him and after years of dental care I want a true professional. Dr Smith is a true professional and I am proud to call him my dentist.

My family has been going to Dr. Smith for over 20 years. He, Dr. Cole and the staff are excellent and I would not go to any other dentists. Years ago my son had an accident the day before Thanksgiving. Dr. Smith waited at his office for us and stayed late working on his teeth. Dr. Smith called called Thanksgiving Day to check on him. They make you feel like family.
