I had two issues with this office: Asking me to digitally sign e-forms that they didn’t want me to see and not having the correct info regarding my appointment. The check-in process involves filling out forms as usual for a dentist. But then, I was asked to digitally sign a signature pad (three times). I ask what I was signing and the receptionist said I was signing my forms that she had just scanned in. This didn’t make sense since a scanned copy would already have my signature. She insisted that I was just signing the form I already signed. But, I couldn’t see what I was signing because the computer screen was facing the receptionist. She wanted me to sign a digital signature pad without seeing the document. When I said I was uncomfortable signing something without seeing it, the receptionist became annoyed and called another person to talk to me. The second person explained that the corporation who owns the company (The Dental Corner) requires a wet AND a digital signature. Ok – but they were reluctant to show me the computer screen so I could see what I was signing. The receptionist turned the screen a little so I could see but was quite irritated. In fact, both ladies were very uncomfortable when I asked to see what I was signing. To me, this is a red flag and I should have walked out then. I didn’t. When I was called back for care, the technician asked if I was there for a second opinion (I wasn’t). Then, he said, “Oh, sorry. I see you’re here for a denture consult.” That was incorrect as well. I was there for a filling replacement. I decided not to continue my appointment and politely asked him to cancel it. He was a little surprised but very nice about it. I would not recommend this dental practice to anyone and I won’t return.

I agree with the other reviewer. Worst dental office EVER! I had an appointment, to which I was on time. I scheduled this appointment over my lunch hour. I sat in the waiting room for an hour, watching patient after patient be checked and sent back the whole time. No one ever apologized for the wait, nor asked how I was doing. I asked the receptionist why the wait and she said that its a dental office, get used to it because thats just how it is! Rediculous! Im a mother of two children and have spent my fair share of time in waiting rooms, never and hour!!!

They changed out the receptionist and they went downhill! They referred me out to get a route canal and would not send over my x-rays after calling several times so I had to pay for those out of pocket. Then I make an appointment to get the crown put on and they gave me a run around on pricing and how I could pay. So I called off of work for nothing because they wouldnt tell me anything ahead of time or call me back when they said they would. I love Dr. Huskey but I refuse to go back there until the front of house can get thier act together.

Awful dental experience, they are outrageously over priced. I have been there three times. The first time the doctor said he wouldnt work on my tooth and sent me to a specialist, the second time I went Itold him which tooth was nothing me and he told me Iwas wrong, then he worked on my tooth and it hurt WORSE afterword when I went back the third time to have it fixed they told be that dentist had hit a nerve and sent me to another specialist to fix his mistake

I would not ever go back to this place. After being insulted several times by Dr. Nguyen, and his hygenist, I was quite offended by the time I left. In addition, it took the doctor 3 hours to fill 3 fillings. Insanity. Their prices are cheap...but you also receive the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Do yourself a favor and go to Wichita Family Dental. They are wonderful!

This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to. Please do not go there. I took my boys to this dentist office, and the dentist started working on my sons teeth and in the middle of the job he quit!!!!!! He said my boys was moving to much so he could not finish the job. This is the worst dentist office ever.

Hai is my dental hygienist and Dr. Husky is the dentist, both are fantastic, gentle, informative, efficient and always kind. They stay open later on certain days I think to accommodate different schedules. Also Saturday! Great office as a whole. I have been a happy patient here for 2+ years.

It was a great experience.. First of all, the check-in was easy. The staffs and Dr. Husky are nice and friendly. They kept me up-to-date about whats going on and gave me recommendations. The assistant who helped me was kind and friendly and the check-out process is also great.

Worst experience with Dental cleaning for my daughter; they never explains what insurance will cover, we had some question regarding teeth, they told to go for any kids dental doctor, they dont have any kids doctor.

Horrible experience. I see why I stop going there years ago. Who considers calling and canceling an appointment a "NO SHOW". Getting a tooth pulled should not take 3 hours. Wont be going back
