Sage Meadow Trail Location I never write reviews, but these guys deserve one. The dental work was great and painless. I had 2 root canals and about 4 or 5 crowns put in. That on top of 5 cavities I had filled. A lot of work. It was all done in a timely manner at each appointment and there was no pain for any of the procedures. I am completely satisfied with my crowns and fillings! I forget that theyre there cause they look exactly like my actual teeth! The point is that the doctors on staff are great, and Im not even to the best part. No one likes dealing with the billing and insurance portion of any doctors visit. However, the ladies (never got a male on the phone) on the other end of the customer service accounting line are by far the best people I have ever worked with in regards to getting my insurance and payments worked out. They answer almost every time you call and they are the absolute sweetest every time. If they dont answer they are sure to call you back the same day. No joke there was a few days in a row I was calling them probably 10 times a day. They took soooooooo much time out of their day(s) to just spend time on me and work with me until all of my questions were answered and my mind was at ease with my balance/billing. Who does that nowadays? These boss ladies do, thats who! So if youre looking for awesome dental work and an accounting/billing department that actually has your back, then definitely choose these guys!

North Tarrant Dental is the best dental office in the DFW metroplex. All of the doctors and staff are the most friendly and professional. They make you feel valued and comfortable. The doctors explain everything before and during the visit. They use state of the art technology (Dentrix Management Practice software, digital X-rays and intraoral cameras... I wrote some of the original software as a software developer so I know it is good. LOL). I usually get anxiety when I visit the dentist and especially during an invasive procedure like a root canal because of bad and painful experiences in the past; but I have had two root canals performed by different dentists at North Tarrant Dental and they make sure you are very comfortable and relatively painless. They have great bedside manner and walk you through the process explaining everything along the way. If you do feel any discomfort, they stop and numb you up more if needed. They also offer nitrox gas as an inexpensive option which helps you relax. They have extended evening hours (until 7 pm) and are also open on Saturday which make it easier for those who cant be seen during normal 9-5 business hours. They make sure you can be seen the same day for emergencies as well. I highly recommended North Tarrant Dental Care and Orthodontics for you Dental needs.

I wanted to” Thank you” first off saying you could see my girl the same day we called in due to her having an emergency and being in pain, however Jeers to you for closing the doors when we were 15 minutes away. I understand it snowing a little and roads got slick however it seemed to clear up as fast as it came. But again I want to Thank you because of your unethical service also with no call back to this day just to see if she is okay we found a dentist that day right down the road from you who could not believe that we were done like that. I call it a blessing, it is good to know that people care and we as a family are thankful that this dentist office staff does. Mabe it would be different if it were your 10 year old in pain. At any rate I just wanted to let you know you lost a good customer and a couple more that we referred there will not be coming back. I have always hated going to the Dentist. Even though every other Dentist office that I have gone to has been an okay experience. My last Dentist retired and closed his office, so I needed to find another Dentist office. I am so so happy with North Tarrant Dental Care. Truthfully, it is outstanding! From the moment you are greeted when you enter the office until you leave. The staff is friendly and professional and they make you feel welcome. Dr. Catherine Whinery is probably one of the best Dentists I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She makes you feel comfortable even when whatever procedure that has to be done is a little scary. (I dont do pain very well!) I recommend North Tarrant Dental Care and Dr. Whinery wholeheartedly and think that if you do go there, you too will be pleasantly surprised! Great job you guys! This place is awesome. Unfortunately for me tooth pain does not follow common dentist office hours. While searching for a way to deal with the pain I found this place and it was open on sunday. Since I had been awake in pain since 4am I gave them a call as soon as they openned. Since I didnt have a pre-schedule appointment I didnt except much. But I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to get an appointment with in the hour. Had to travel from Irving but it was worth the drive. Once there I didnt have to wait long. The doctor and the staff where super awesome. They told be what caused the issue (leaky fillings (from a different dentist) and fixed it and had me on my way with in 90 mins. I highly recommend them. I wish they where closers to me.

Ive only had 1 dentist all of my life. I recently moved out of town and after reading the amazing reviews on this location I decided to give them a chance. This dentist office accepted me with welcome arms while I was in excruciating pain. Ran into a little problem with my insurance and they still remained calm and helped me. With my dentist anxiety being as bad as it is , they were very supportive and gave me a blanket to make me a little more comfortable. Performance on my extraction was OUTSTANDING!! They were extremely gentle and caring which made my anxiety slowly go away. Every staff from the front of the house to the back of the house was AMAZING!!! I would definitely recommend this dentist to ANYONE in the area. They are the best!! ❤

We always have an outstanding experience at this office. The staff are all very friendly, cordial, and accommodating. They are never too rushed or to busy to speak with you, and if they are youd never know it. The Hygenists work very hard to keep you as comfortable as can be... for sitting in a dentist chair. The office staff really do work for their clients, are very helpful, and go extra miles when issues come up. My family has been going here for 5 years, and this is the first time Ive reviewed them, so theyve been vetted. We moved quite a ways from them, and still make the drive to go here because of the quality of their care and staff.

North Tarrant Dental is awesome. I called for an appointment on a Saturday for a toothache and was in the dental chair an hour later. Everyone from the ladies at reception to Dr J were so welcoming and kind. I got a root canal and crown, Dr. J kept me informed of exactly what he was doing and made sure I was feeling okay, the procedure was painless. They also ran everything through my insurance and gave me the cost before starting anything. I went back for a cleaning, Thu was my hygienist, she was very nice and thorough as well. Highly recommend
