I had an initial cleaning and X-ray visit in November, and after some consideration, I wont be returning. First of all, its a VERY fundy place. I felt very uncomfortable with all of the political talk going on among the receptionists and their not-so-quiet whispering about whether or not I was a lesbian based (I presume) on my short hair. The dentist, who was young, told me about eight times that he graduated from OBU, which I didnt ask about. He was questioning me about my older fillings and I told him that most of them were done in the 90s, and he laughed. He realized I wasnt laughing and said, "Wait...how old are you?" He had my file right on his lap, and had he done the very minimal briefing he should have done before sitting down with me, he would have known I am 32. It just seemed like a total mess, and not a good fit for me. I actually dont think theyre a good fit for Norman in general, and I suspect they wont last much longer.

My dentures cost me 3800 they were 13 mounths old I notice a crack in the upper plate I took it back for repair they told me it has been repaired before and there was nothing they could do. Wow they sold me a repaired dentures as a new pair. I never repaired them thats the way they sold them to me.They was vary rude to me Dr Boles life the room left me hanging .The so called my Dr wouldnt talk to me they would answer the phone no more So BEWARE dont buy your dentures here .You may be Getting a patch up pair not new like I paid for. These people is not professionals they are just want to be.So here I am stuck with a patched up pair I cant use no more. They send there dentures off for repair .So they dont know whats going on anyway.

My daughter received a filling, afterwhich there was much pain. She went back and asked for something to alleviate the pain and to find out why so much pain. They gave her nothing for pain and shaved some of the filling off. The next day she couldnt open her mouth due to extensive pain, we tried to reach them (it was a saturday) to no avail, they would not return our call. We ended up having to go to another dentist to find out she had a huge ulcer. I would highly recommend not going to this practice.

They charged on my care credit card over $900.00 for services not rendered! After I did some checking with my insurance company I will not be using them ever again! I called them numerous times to refund me the money and they keep avoiding me. Fixing to contact the BBB and my attorney!!

Dubious accounting and billing department. They attempted to bill me above the agreed insurance plan amount. I made a cash payment and they sent me a bill for the same amount. I was lucky that I kept the receipt. Would not recommend them to my enemies
