Best staff and Doctors. I spent a year looking for help for my cat and when I came across this establishment it was like heaven sent. The doctor called after hours to check on my cat and give me updates on a very extensive search for a solution for my cat. I was sent to Boston Animal Hospital and the follow through from my doctor was unbelievable. This people go above and beyond....If I was rich I would pay them double for the work they have put into my cats problem and the way they made us feel....I cannot say enough about this establishment and its staff.

I found a stray cat who had been shot or attacked, most of his face was beat up and his teeth were missing. Took him to Dakin who would do nothing to help me as I do not have an EBT card. Dr Shurtleff helped fix him and neutered him a a week or so later. He was about 5 and just wanted to stop him from making more feral cats. He is doing well, living in the barn and eating his 2 cans of food a day. Great people who actually still care about the animals not the customers wallet

Dr. Shirtcliff spent several minutes speaking with me after hours at 7 pm to problem-solve Muffins ailing health. I am grateful for his generosity in trying to find the problem. The other vet was also helpful and provided a lot of recommendations. Thank you!

This hospital took in a feral cat named Max for a bite wound. They were amazing. They treated this cat like their own. They cleaned him up and treated his wound. He now lives with us and is very happy, as are we!
