If they had NEGATIVE stars, this would have 10Xe-100000. What a POS place. They held me up for 1:45 minutes while they cattle herded all the patients and lined them up in seats against the wall. Made me take a test I knew they were scamming my insurance with, Techy.., yes, but did I want it...? NO... You have to sign a waiver if you dont want it... What kind of place does that!!?? Lord knows how much they charged BCBS for it. They should appear in CNBCs American Greed; and if they are doing Insurance fraud I hope they get squeezed and squeal like pigs! Horrible customer service with a condescending attitude of entitlement towards patients in an attempt to cover up blatant incompetence..... My wife and I had appointments, she arrived 15 minutes behind and they had to reschedule, wtf?? I understand 30-45 minutes late, but comon..., what is this doctor, a neurosurgeon?? She missed work to go there and they could not see her that day, no exceptions.., but they didnt mind keeping us inside a room for an hour while they allocated other patients around so no one can leave... She waited with me for almost 2 hrs to be able to get out of there. Next, they messed up my daily wear contacts order and filled it with a different brand, (who knows maybe they screwed the insurance company some more.., who knows..), and obviously the receptionist could not conceive they had done this, much less understand that the trials they provided were not what they had written down on their finalized report. Same Rx DOES NOT MEAN SAME MANUFACTURER!! So now I have to go back and "see" the doctor to get everything squared out... Oh and guess what? They dont have the brand that works well for me so they have to be ordered.., OF COURSE... Not to mention I travel two days from the day I am writing this review. Nice little pickle they got me in. I am totally dreading having to go waste another hour of my life that I will never get back to that place!! I shot myself in the foot going there in the first place.., now I just have to deal with it. And for all those who wrote positive reviews..., well I guess if you cant see then it really doesnt matter, does it??

My experience with SAEP first of all is going above and beyond! My visit with Dr. Tran was wonderful and she was very educational with my optical health. But here is where they just blew me away with awesomeness! I moved out of town when my contacts were ordered and they had no hesitations to mail them to me. I waited but the post office never redelivered my package and so they were sent back. SAEP went beyond themselves again and reordered new contact lenses and made sure that I would receive them in a timely manner at no extra cost! Anywhere else would have made you pay for another pair because your insurance is either maxed out or you no longer carry it. Thank you guys so much for everything that you guys have done for me. Seriously, even though I have moved out of town, I will never forget the experience and may just continue to come back to you guys whenever I come visit!

San Antonio Eye Professionals is the ONLY place I trust with my eyes!! I love the doctors and staff there who are always friendly and professional. They are my trusted professionals because they are punctual and caring. I love the newest technology(optomap is super cool) they use and love how I am treated as a patient because I know they truely care for my eyes. I have been going there the past 3 years and will never see any other eye Doctors or staff!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office to anyone interested in a quality exam and very experienced staff. I personally sent my mother and family to S.A. Eye Pro and all of them had a positive thorough experience. Office is very clean and modern and makes me feel at ease. Thankyou S.A.Eye Pro for doing a great job and making me feel comfortable!!! All of you staff and Doctors are the BEST ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am satisfied with the services of the Doctor. This is why I decided to reschedule my daughters annual eye exam here. However, this time I was told when making the appointment that I did not need to bring my insurance documents because they could look it up with just the name. When we got there, I was asked for my insurance documents because they could not find my daughters name using their system. I did not have them available. I was not happy that no one attempted to make contact with me before the appointment informing me that there was an issue the insurance and waited till I arrived. A WASTED TRIP and all it would have taken was simple phone call to avoid seeming like they have no respect for a patients time & money.

This review is for the Alamo Ranch San Antonio Eye Pro office: This was my first visit with Dr. Fadel. The office is brand new with state of the art equipment! The staff was very courteous and friendly and made you feel welcome to their new office. I was especially impressed by the personal time spent with Dr. Fadel as he took the time to not only explain the features of their new examination equipment, but more importantly, the my results after the exam. I hated going to the optometrist. you get your eyes dilated so you cant see and you have some creepy guy so close to your face, you feel like you are cheating on your spouse. well, today i was pleasantly surprised that neither of that happened! the office is very welcoming and the first thing dr. fadel asks is if you were treated well by the staff. he is very friendly and EXPLAINS what is going on with your eyes! i will never feel uncomfortably going to an optometrist again! HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

From the moment I walked in everyone was warm and welcoming. The service here is truly exceptional! The Doctor is caring and super friendly! Staff was superb! It is always good to have professional, timely, caring service. They ran right on time! The Doctor was able to answer my questions thoroughly and the lady at the front desk was able to save me some money. I will definitely be bringing my family!

Very poor service. I wouldnt recommend to anyone! I had to go back twice to get my glasses prescription, and they still didnt get it right. Two different "eye professionals"! Now I have to use contacts for the rest of the year and wait until my benefit kicks in next year to go to someone who really knows what they are doing. The word professionals is false advertisement in this scenario.

Very clean office. Staff were helpful and friendly. Equipment was very high tech. Definitely recommend the machine that takes the picture of the back of the eye instead of dialation! Doctor was very kind, quick and thorough. Love my contacts from San Antonio Eye Pro and prescription glasses and sunglasses from the LensCrafters next door. Very convenient, I had a great experience.

I think going to the eye doctor is worse than going to the dentist - sorry :( however, with the advanced technology, SA Eye Professionals made it easy, comfortable and I felt confident in my "vision decision" when I walked out. Thanks to the friendly, professional staff - will definitely continue going to them.
