The doctors are excellent, the problem is the rest of the staff, it seems like they are donating their time, when in fact they are getting paying for what they are doing, especially the receptionist at the front desk, you get to the window and all you get is being ignored you knock on the window and you get no respond, I was a signed to this clinic by my insurance and it only took me two months to get an appointment, However I will not recommended to visit this clinic.

Dr Valdez clinic is not a good place to go if you want quality care. I was thinking about dropping them because the way they only see you for one issue at a time. I was told this is a form of fraud. The flagged me and my kids, with no notice what do ever. Now that my son needs refills on his meds they let me know. Thinking about handling this legally.

I like going over to Valdez clinic my husband family is been going to her for years and I never had a problem with her staff or any one there. I been going to her since I was pregnant with my grist child and still going to her for my second one Ill be glad to recommend her to any one if they ask me who the best doctor in the south side.

You guys need to change your options when calling into your office. I was put on hold for over 24 minutes to request medical records for a mutual patient. No one ever came to the line. Called from my cell and had to enter option for Dr. or hospital call. Customer Service needs improvement BIG TIME.
