I have have had back pain for many years without relief until now. I have had previous adjustments from chiropractors and attended physical therapy previously without lasting results and no direction for prevention. Dr Hirsch suggested a specific direction for physical therapy and after a few weeks with Ketki and Nancy in PT, I have much much better flexibilty and virtually no back pain. I can now recognize the issues that arise with posture and flexibilty and have a complrehensive system to deal with the issue. Thanks so much.
