I agree with Holly. I was referred by my respected Neuro surgeon and had to wait 2 months to see this "doctor". I waited an hour in an empty lobby just to have Karosek walk in, and give me ONE minute of garbage. He stated, "Ohhh, you want the Discogram? Ok, its not bad, see you in a month." THATS IT!!! No questions, no therapy for the interim, no PAIN MANAGEMENT!!! Thats part of his job. He doesnt have to prescribe, but when he knows my family history and has seen my MRIs and surgery scars because he took care of my father for the SAME issues, cmon. My father and his staff had a heated problem before they were fired for severe unprofessionalism. Karosek refused to help me with my pain relief. I firmly believe that he took out his issue with my father, who is deceased now, on me. I wouldnt recommend Karosek to remove a splinter. This review will be spread on social media as well. I was treated like a CUSTOMER and not a PATIENT. Horrible. I also see that the positive reviews actually get a human response. All the negative ones get a default response that probably never is fulfilled. This place is an absolute joke.

Something about the negative reviewer... In the interest of fairness, the reviewer who wrote the negative review is an ex-cop with a head injury. He was constantly rude and verbally abusive to the clinic staff. When he had injections, he would insist on getting IV sedation, saying his father was downstairs to drive him home. Then he was seen driving himself out of the parking lot with NO father around. After his last injection, Dr. K told him that he wanted to talk to his father before allowing him to leave, Since there was no father, the patient became even more abusive and insulting and stormed out (with his IV still in place). Id take his comments with a grain of salt...

I would give the office staff 5 stars for sure, but this so called doctor is caustic...he walks in the room with arrogance and demeaning words flow...Chronic pain patients are people who deserve to be treated with respect. That only happens with the office staff...well, actually everyone except Karesek! Cocky doesnt cover it! More than one occasion he had me in tears with his verbal condemnation of my intelligence. Well I finally had enough and simply never went back. If you want to be treated like a human dont see Dennis dearest!

advice: HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNERS and EXTRMELY RUDE. I wouldnt be writing this if he was moderately rude but he seemed to enjoy seeing ppl suffer. Dont even go their office. Its pointless unless you r their "favorites." I could tell their attitude towards their Regular patients "nicer" than a new patient. You cant never get a human on a phone. Oh well Im just another patient I doubt they will close down bc I chose to never to go there again.

Dr. K and his staff have been nothing but professionals every time I have been there. I may have to wait for a call back but the pain relief I get far outweighs waiting for a return call. Im not sure why my name didnt appear. Instead it shows my name as Marketing Mail. Give this doctor and his staff a chance and try a little patience. Don

This is a wonderful office....BUT its very hard to get a live person on the phone EVER! This creates a huge inconvenience.

Ive had several pain doctors and Dr. Karasek is by far the best. I rate him a 10 out of 10.
