Part 1: Initial Visit We were looking for a dental office that wasnt a dentist mill. We arrived and was cordially greeted with enthusiasm by Joy, who made the paperwork a snap as she allowed us to fill out the forms at home, email them to her, then sign them when we arrive. Even though we arrived early, the waiting time was next to nil. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The picture taking of his teeth was a breeze for our son, who has a small mouth, didnt have to try to keep a big piece of equipment in his mouth to take pictures of his teeth. The DA taking the pictures was as receptive as Joy with our soon and us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr Banks was just awesome! He explained everything to us and didnt try to push or scare us into doing anything. He was receptive and was empathetic to our needs as parents and the welfare of our son. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Leaving the office, Joy explained our treatment for our son; and was just as cordial with us as when we arrived. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, I can honestly say I believe we have found our sons permanent dentist. The staff was just great. There was nothing unprofessional noticed with staff from start to finish. Our son came in happy and left happy. Now all we have to do is wait for our sons second appointment. To be continued.......

Great experience this morning. It was my two year old Maxs 1st dental visit and I was seriously dreading it. Considering brushing his teeth everyday is like World War III, I was sure we were in for a heck of a morning. Clean office, very inviting. Receptionist was nice and friendly as well. As I was filling out paperwork the dental assistant came out and gave my little one some books to keep him busy. Next, we went to get X-rays. I knew this was where things would go sour. Nope. He sat there with his little x-ray jacket in the big boy chair and she got great x-rays of his front teeth. Dr. Banks came in and was very friendly, explained what we were doing , and checked up on all his teeth. I immediately had a great feeling about this guy. Ive heard pediatric dentist horror stories and read a ton of reviews before choosing a dentist.He was able to get a good look and count all of his teeth. Perfect 1st visit, they have earned themselves another customer for a long time.

I recently took my 9 year old daughter to Dr. Banks for a toothache. We were greeted with sincerity and genuine concern for her pain and well being. I was invited back to look at the x-rays and review options for treating the sore tooth. We chose to pull the tooth and install a spacer to avoid any future visits and costs due to the fact that her permanent tooth will be coming in with in a couple years. I was again invited back during the extraction and was completely impressed with the comfort and care given to not only my daughter, but myself as well. Dr. Banks told her exactly what to expect and made her fell completely relaxed during the entire tooth extraction. He did a wonderful job and my daughter actually said she wishes that we could put her tooth back in and have him extract the tooth again! I have never received that level of care at any health care facility bar none. I would give Dr. Banks 10 stars if I could.

My kids are not fans of the dentist but when I told them we were switching to the dentist that had the grand opening fair they immediately knew who it was! The office and staff are great! My son came back from getting x-rays and was super excited to tell his sibling that it was their turn and that they were going to get a puzzle made from their teeth for the doctor to review. I have never seen so much excitement from getting x-rays! Normally they dread it! Dr. Banks was just as fun and kind. He showed them their "grown up" teeth were in the x-rays and my kids just loved it! They were so much fun and my kids didnt want to leave!! That is a first!!!

We traveled from out of town to see Dr. Banks after I heard a friend recommend him, and it was well worth it! They all took great care of my almost-3-year-old son, who got a filling with sedation. Another dentist in the town we live was very impatient and forceful with him, but everyone was exactly the opposite here and Im glad this good experience seems to have fixed my sons negative associations with dentists. The front desk staff was very professional too and really seemed to have it together. I appreciated how helpful they were with some issues we had with our insurance. All around it could not have gone better! Im sure we will be back!

This is by far, the most impressive dr/dentist practice Ive ever had the pleasure of being a patient, in this case my daughter! Dr Banks has clearly gone above and beyond creating a comfortable environment for a child to be in when theyre at the "dentist" Even a child who has had a neg experience at the dentist would be looking forward to all their future appts! I cant believe such a prestigious pediatric dentist accepted our insurance- which is acchss! Dr Banks and staff were wonderful and I arrived 45 min late to the office due to a 100mi commute to the office, and they were still 200%!! Thank You Banks Pediatric Dentistry!!

We loved this place! A great experience for our sons first dentist visit. The entire staff was dressed up for Halloween which made it fun. We were early for our appointment and they took us back right away. My son loved the TVs overhead and the iPads in the waiting room. The hygienist and Dr Banks were VERY friendly to my son and made him very comfortable. I have already recommended Banks Pediatric to other friends. And while I have not visited the neighboring orthodontist, I can already see how convenient this will be in the future. I only wish they served adults too!

I recently took all 4 of my children for a check up at Banks for the first time and took 2 of them back to have some work done. EVERY TIME I have gone there I have been so pleased with the quality service and friendliness of the staff. Dr. Banks is FANTASTIC. He is so friendly and caring with the children and makes a point to make the parents feel welcome and heard. My son had some complications and I was so appreciative that Dr. Banks himself, called to check up on him. more than once! Excellent Dentist!

We have been patients since my son was about 2, and hes now 4. Dr. Banks and his staff are absolutely amazing. They are easy to talk to and make the kids feel so comfortable. There are iPads to play with while waiting and toy prizes for when the appointment is over. In the past, my son was too scared for x-rays and even counting the teeth. Dr. Banks and staff did not push for more than he was comfortable with. At todays appointment, my son asked if he could go again.

Brought my 8 and 7 yr old daughters for the first time to see Dr. Banks. Very nice office, friendly staff, called them back for xrays before I even sat down, everything went smoothly with no wait time, was in and out in less than an hour and it was an afternoon appointment for two children at once including sealants for both. Dr was friendly and informative. With this initial visit I felt he was honest and realistic when it came to childrens dental priorities.
