Arizona Dental Heights is such an inviting place to go to get dental work done. All the staff there is super-friendly, and welcoming, they extremely helpful with working around schedules. They are great with my kiddos making sure they are at ease when going to the dentist, they explain everything they do in a kid friendly manner such as "Im taking out your sugar bugs" (cavities). Dr. Hatch is professional yet fun with a great personality that again puts me at ease as a patient who has had several bad past dental experiences. During procedures, he is constantly asking if I am okay and I appreciate that! He is honest and only tells you what you need done right away and what you can wait on. He truly cares about the health of your mouth, but he is also conscious of financial situations. The office manager is great at working with insurance and getting as much of the claims paid as possible. Im glad I found Dr. Hatch, his office, and the incredible staff he has working with him. My entire family goes to Arizona Dental Heights!

THIS DR SHOULD HAVE HIS LICENSE REVOKED BUYER BEWARE !!!!!! I had a broken tooth i thought i could be saved.So when i received the coupon for $599 same day crown. i was super excited i could just barely afford to fix my tooth nervous and excited i went in got an xray then listened to the sales pitch where she tried to up sell me and include lots!!!!! of add ons i explained that i was on a budget and if i didnt need....it i wasnt getting it i just need my tooth fixed. needless to say build up not included, about $900 when we were done the dentist recommended i that i get the tooth next to it, fixed showing me the cavity on the x ray. So i was sad and accepted i would need to start saving now not evon 6 months latter and im back in with an infected tooth so we xray all my teeth this time and IT IS THE TOOTH THAT WE JUST FIXED THERE IS NO CAVITY IN THE ONE NEXT TO IT. $1400 to fix the tooth that wasnt fixed right. if he had said the cavity was in that tooth then we could have fixed it and would of.

I have been coming to Dr. Hatch, at the referral of a friend, since 2013. Since then, I have referred all of my family and friends. He now sees my children, my mother, my sister, and my husband. Not only has he and his staff improved our smiles and dental health, Dr. Hatch has truly been a provider who has listened to my needs. I have a horrible time post procedures with pain and sensitivity. Dr. Hatch has been a dependable provider who I can trust and who trusts me. His office staff has made last minute emergency appointments, worked with our schedules to accomodate us, and have allowed us to make payment arrangements when needed. I will not go to anyone else as long as Dr. Hatch is still practicing.

where to start from?... from all the staff members to Dr Hatch they are all great quality and just awesome people. As a single mom, my daughter is my most valuable treasure who Ive trusted in his hands as well as my mom and myself. He has taken care of our SMILES for already 4 years. When the "worried mom" moments come, when I feel nervous or have had questions on regards to my daughters teeth and smile, Dr Hatch has given me the tranquility and made me feel comfortable. He is always available as well as all his staff, even his wife Paige!! THIS IS A REAL TEAM! They are all very professional and caring. If you are looking for a GREAT dentist, look no further! Hands down he is the best.

Best of the best! Worked with me and my insurance on payment. He was incredibly considerate to my pain levels since I am such a wimp and made it as comfortable for me as humanly possible. Dr. Hatch even called me that night to check on me after my Full Mouth Implant procedure. There are not many Drs who do that these days. I was very impressed with his staff and my experience there. Not to mention I absolutley LOVE my new smile. You could say I have the best smile in AZ!:) Thanks again Dr. Hatch!!

I had to have a couple of teeth extracted, so obviously I was very nervous about it. Dr. Hatch and the rest of the staff at Arizona Dental Heights made the entire experience a relaxing visit. He was also very patient during the procedure, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgable. I will be coming back to AZ Dental Heights for the rest of my dental work, and I would recommend anyone to Dr. Hatch for dental Work.

I have been going to Dr. Hatch ever since he opened, even though I live in another city. For a while I opted to see a dentist locally, but quickly realized how wonderful Dr. Hatch is and what a fantastic caring staff he has. I switched back Immediately and its been worth it. You wont find a dentist that offers such careful consideration to your needs and lets you have the final say in any procedure being presented.

I was looking for a dentist in mesa az and was recommended to Dr Shaylar Hatch. This guy was totally cool and turned out to be a pitcher at ASU when he was going to college. Anyway, their office was very nice and clean and their staff were wonderful. I recommend this to my whole family. Ask them to see the new x-ray machine that looks like its from warner brothers cartoons.....super cool!

Best Dentist hands down I have been to. Had my wisdom teeth taken out and it was alot better experience then i thought it would be. Dr. Hatch was down to earth and very thorough with his work. Ever since then i go back to Dr. Hatches office to get my teeth cleanings and all other dental needs. Definitely would recommend this dentist office to anyone.

Doctor Hatch is wonderful Dentist, along with his Hygentist Jodie and Dental Assistant Chris they are very thorough and the front office staff is very sweet and helpful with any financial questions I have! Great staff, technology is amazing, never dissatisfied with their work. They did a crown for me in one sitting, and worked after hours just to fix my chipped front tooth so I was happy. Never going to a different dentist as long as they are around.
