Do NOT use Mobile Dentistry of Arizona. Owner ANN ROSS is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, ARROGANT and has QUESTIONABLE SKILLS. I made an appointment for my elderly parent who lives in an assisted living community. A simple cleaning and one filling was all that was needed. As I was completing the forms, my parent began screaming while in the dental chair. Ann Ross smugly looked over at me and said "I am just tickling the teeth - nothing is wrong." REALLY!?! I stopped her and the appointment immediately and Ross then rudely and quickly demanded full payment.

I needed dental work ASAP... my tooth was killing me. Dr. Pifer was great. He was able to tell me what the problem was. He did the work then called me later in the evening to make sure I was ok. Incredible customer service.

Not happy with the workmanship/quality, had upper and lower partials made ($$$) for my mom, the lower never fit correctly even after 4-5 adjustments by the dentist, it now sits in a drawer, a waste of money.

Excellent! The staff is very knowledgeable and always give the options that are best for the patient. Trust is a very important thing in dentistry, and they have mine!
