I have a pair of Oakley Deviation that I have had for probably close to 5 years now. I left them at work and somehow some way they got a nasty scratch in the lens. I have been a loyal Vutt customer for years and went it with hopes they could do something to order me replacement lenses as I loved my sunglasses. I was upset when Paul informed me that the lenses were no longer available. But like always, the quick thinker he came up with a solution and offered to cut lenses to fit and to boot didnt even charge extra for setting the lenses! When I returned a few short HOURS (I was thinking days to cut and set the lenses) I was not only greeted by smiles but Paul remembered me by name and the craftsmanship was impeccable. I left actually happier with the new replacement lenses (which are now polarized as well) than I saw with the factor lenses. Thank you VERY MUCH TO THE STAFF!! Highly recommend going here for all your sunglasses and eyewear needs. Paul (the owner) and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer any and all question!

Approximately 2-3 weeks ago driving on Rt-130 South I notice a new to me eyeglasses and sunglasses store name Vutt. I asked if they could update my old frames with new lenses. Paul and his staff was so honest and helpful that I updated at a reasonable cost 3-pairs of prescription glasses all done in house. Paul also notice that my current prescription (PD) wasnt correct, and now my vision is SO much better, and NO more headaches and tied eyes... I returned to the store this passed weds to pickup my new pair of Cazals with blended bifocals lens something different Paul suggested. Im getting all kind of great compliments from work... I say all this to say to you, if youre looking for a reasonable and/or affordable place to get your old frames updated or the latest new frames all possibly done sameday within 20 min, go and see Paul and his amazing staff for your prescription or non-prescription eyewear. They honor the military with discounts :)

If anybody knows me they know I have a thing about loyalty in all things. With that being said: so my daughter Kendall broke her barely six months old glasses which we got back in January from my good friend Paul M. Lucca up at VUTT in Burlington center mall. Long story short, the breakage point wasnt covered by the warranty so as Im figuring how much MORE its gonna cost my guy Randy aka #crazyman swoops in and says lemme show you what we can do for you Franz. 20 minutes and a few rounds of old school video gaming later my lil monsters not only has new frames, lenses, and a new warranty etc but she HAPPY with her new gear! Ive been shopping with Paul for almost 15 years! The Jefferson clan has no plan on going elsewhere! Big chains and stores come and go, people like Paul and Randy are why I go nowhere else for my visual needs! Prescription/sun whatever Im always going to VUTT!!! #customerforlife #VUTT

Where else do you get world class service from the business owner, not just a manager, but the owner, who stays late just to make sure your order is placed and will arrive expeditiously for your vacation? VUTT Sunglasses, thats where! Jackies contacts were shot and she needed new ones, every place said weeks for delivery and their pricing was absurd. We placed a call to VUTT and Paul was able to get us the product ordered (even after the store closed, because hes a stand up guy and is committed to spectacular service) and theyll be in on time for vacation next week. He even got competitive pricing for us, way better than anyone else. If youre in the need for glasses whether its sun, Rx or contacts give VUTT the opportunity to make you into a life time customer like they have with us. There isnt enough great I could say about Paul and the crew he has at VUTT. Thanks a million Paul!!!!!

Vutt has been around for a long time in this area and when they moved into my home town I wanted to check them out. I came in and was greeted with a familiar face I have known since childhood- Christina, with a cracked lens on a pair Ray Bans and Randy told me they could make me new polarized lenses. After wearing them outside we noticed the nature of the frames which are flat, allow for a lot of light to enter the rear of the lens. We agreed the light would be bothersome and Randy suggested we order directly from the manufacturer since they came with an anti-glare to correct this issue. Randy comped my replacement lenses for the meantime. When my new lens arrived a week before I had anticipated Paul installed them for me and sent me on my way. Vutts customer service is great!! Thank you Paul, Randy and Christina for taking care of me!!

VUTT Optical is a great place to get prescription and regular eyewear. They have a big selection, excellent customer service, and they are just all-around great folks. I just ordered progressive prescription sunglasses (Maui Jim) with the works on Monday and picked them up two days later. This is the second time I have used VUTT’s services for eyewear. Two years ago, when I came in with my scrip from my ophthalmologist VUTT said that the script did not look correct. VUTT and I questioned the script but the ophthalmologist insisted that it was correct. VUTT questioned it more and finally an error was discovered by the ophthalmologist. Who doesn’t need an advocate like this? I would recommend them to anyone.

Vutt sunglasses and optical ate very professional friendly shop. Customer service wonder Paul n.his wife are surprise nice made me feel very welcome. They took their time to help meet my budget n get the prescription sunglasses I was looking for and explained everything to me in dealt n answered all my questions. I didnt feel rushed at anytime. They shop in general was very neat clean n organized and Paul n his wife show me their company. It was great experience shopping n dealing with them and I will be dealing with Vutt sunglasses company in the future for other glasses as well. Did awesome over top job for me . Thank you Paul!!!

The Vutt staff make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. Their products are top quality and they have the best programs for kids and adults. We have purchased our sunglasses there in the past but decided to go last night for prescription glasses for my daughter and I. They took the time to make sure we were 100% satisfied and within one hour...we both walked out with the glasses!! Today, Paul called me to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Stay away from the chain stores, be a part of the Vutt family.

Outstanding, personal service. A no-pressure sales environment. Clean store. Very wide and varied selection. Everything from Ray bans and Oakleys to Maui-Jims and Costas and more. I used to be a Ray-Bans Aviators fella all my life... but now Im a Maui Jims and Oakleys fan. They do prescriptions and contacts too! Whats more, they provide great follow-up care. The owner is a swell gent - he even fixed my Moms glasses and didnt charge me a cent! You want good eye care products and services - Vutt is the place to go.
