Very friendly and helpful with all my animals. I took in a litter of 9 pups for 1st shots and they charged a very low price and the Doctor checked every one of the pups head to tail to make sure they were healthy and even prescribed an antibiotic to one pup of mine that had an infection that cured her. The other Vet I took her to did not give her anything, I trust this office and Doctor with all my animals! The Vet will do his exam on your pet an then tell you what his findings are , so if you looking for attention given to your pet come here! However if you are looking for attention for yourself then go to a more expensive place where they will lie to you and praise you for just being the pets owner. Elwood Animal Hospital A +++

Not pleased with the experience at this veterinary clinic. I want to feel comfortable when I walk in, and I want my pets to most importantly feel comfortable. That is not the case. I would not recommend. I would rather drive elsewhere to have a personable staff who actually seems to value their clients and owners. What is even more comical is their website is all about treating our pets like family. RIGHT. I DOUBT they treat their family this way.

I have never written a negative review but I had a horrible experience. We brought our cat to get shots. He is a sweet cat at home and did fine in the car. As soon as we walked in, he started hissing. When we saw the vet he didnt say much to us and just went right into the shots. I appreciate vets that take the time to talk to the owners and make the animal feel at ease. The vet was rude and made me feel uneasy. I will definitely not be back.

I Will Never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take Another Animal To That Terrible , No Bed Side Manner, Rude and Frankly Doesnt Care About Your Animal What So Ever Quack . Hope Your Animal Doesnt Get Sick On The Weekend , As Hell Tell You Im Not Going To Sit In Here And Watch An Animal All Weekend, In His Own Words. Ty . Wow Really!!!!!! We took our 15 year old dog here to be put to sleep and had a good experience with the staff. We were so upset about the whole thing, but they were so kind to us and to our dog Snuggles. I will definitely go back here.

This is not an animal hospital if your animal is in imidiate need you cant walk in you have to make an appointment wich could be a couple days and your pet could have died by then.
