Horrible experience! After waiting all day to get seen, I got the last appt. of the day, I finally got prescribed antibiotics and then when I went to pick them up the Walgreens she sent them to said they never got it. Now of course this is no ones problem but mine. Every number I called said sorry but your screwed, youll have to wait til theyre open again. Never again! Should have went to Urgent Care. I could have been on my way to recovery by now but guess Ill have to miss more work due to their lack of communication. Please do not go to these people.

Better than an urgicare for your basic needs! Urgicare is not for a runny nose, so this place is great when my doc is all out of appointments, and they have very competitive prices. Of course this is a clinic, not a hospital, so there is only 1 physician on duty, usually; a nurse-practitioner! The wait times are long, but thats because I went without an appointment. I will never blame a clinic for long wait times...that blame goes to the government. Thanks Obamacare!

I had a good experience at this clinic. My doctor wasnt able to get me in and they suggested going to Walgreens. The wait was a little long (30-40 minutes with two people in front of me) but I think its because the majority of the patients are probably new patients and they have to put you in the system as a new patient and whatnot. That took up the majority of the appointment, but they were there when I couldnt get to my doctor. The physician was great.

So upset and disappointed. Dont try to go to this "clinic" if you have low income or dont have insurance. I made an appointment. Drove 15 minutes there. When she tells me (As Im sitting there wheezing and coughing) That I had to have $120 up front to pay the nurse practitioner and be seen. Since SSM took over, They do not bill you if you dont have insurance. What a big freaking joke.

Worse experience. Incrediblely slow and after waiting an hour and a half someone finally came to say the wait would be an extra 40-60 minutes. It would of been nice to know this in advance. Next to no apology. Attitude was awful. Bed side manor need improvement. I have been here before without this hassle.

Worst experience ever. I called first before I got there and they told me as long as I got there before 6:15 pm that I could be seen. Well when I signed in and waited for 30 min I was told that I had to come back tomorrow. On top of that they were really rude.

Try to schedule an appointment with the Health Care Clinic & I wont let me get past the 1 of the questions in the beginning! Fix this ridiculous problem. This is a why u prefer CVS to Walgreens. Big FAIL!!!
