If I could give this place a 0, I would. My experience here was an absolute joke. I decided to come to urgent care to take care of an urgent medical concern at midnight on a Tuesday. I decided to come here as opposed to ER at U of M or St. Joes because I figured the wait would be shorter. There was no one else in the waiting room the whole hour I waited to go back. The secretary was terribly rude and unorganized. Once I was finally called to go back, I saw the P.A. sitting down on his phone and the medical support said that shed be back. I waited 30 mins for the medical support to come back and take my vitals and once she did, it took her all of about 10 minutes. She said she would grab the P.A. so he could come back and see what the issue was. I was waiting for about a half hour when I decided to go see if someone was coming back soon. I came out of the room to see the P.A. sitting on his phone still. I said something to the secretary and she said he would be right in. He didnt make it to my room for about 45 minutes overall. Once he did, he did a 1 minute look at my problematic area and said "well, we can do an xray and give you a prescription if thats what you want." He didnt try to find the cause of my issue or even put any attempt into it. He basically shrugged me off just to say he saw me. So I said that it would be fine to do an xray. After the P.A. left, I waited an hour to get my xray done. I went out at both the 30 and 45 minute mark to ask when I would be getting taken care of and both of those times I go out to find an empty waiting room and the medical support and P.A. sitting down seemingly doing nothing. Once my cray is taken, I wait another 30 minutes to hear back from the P.A. so I go out to the P.A., and I say to him "can I get my results please?" And he just peeks his head through the door and says "everything looks good on the xray. I prescribed you Tylenol for any pain. I hope that helps." And HE WALKS AWAY. I waited over 4 hours for absolutely nothing. This whole place was horrible, and you can bet I will never return. I will also tell people not to come here and waste their time!

Would give this place 0 if I could. Waited over an hour to be seen. Staff is rude. They are incompetent and do not do their job accurately. Drug test results should have been sent to my job after 3 days its now been over and still waiting they claim its been sent over but still not done. Should not be in business at all. I advise everyone not to use this place of business as they should not even be open due to everything. Also they like to give false information. Absolutely appalled

This place is the absolute worst. I was there in the waiting room for 3 hours, and they finally called me back there the doctor was rude as all hell. They said that there was nothing that resembled me having a UTI but gave me a prescription for UTI. 4 days past and I had to go to a different urgent care and they found out I had a yeast infection that was they had a million times worse by the antibiotic give it to me Concentra.

Inadequately staffed. I made an appointment at 8am on a Satruday for a follow up from a very minor work related injury and waited an hour and fifteen minutes in the waiting room, just so I could wait another 20min in a exam room. Doctor finally came in, took 2 minutes and asked me to wait for the paperwork at the front desk. After another 5 min....I couldnt take it anymore, I walked out the door, and never want to go back.

My mother visited this location and it took over 3 hours for drug test and physical - then they lost the hair sample! To make matters worse when she returned to have a new sample taken they shrugged it off and tokd her to wait in line all over again, with a 2+ hour wait. This is unheard of to me. In customer service when YOU mess up it isnt my problem to wait for 2 more hours for you to correct your mistake.

Went there this morning at 4am. There were no other patients and the two workers were nice and professional. I wouldnt say they were overly friendly, but who is working the night shift really. I was surprised that I did have to wait about 10 minutes for the doctor to come to the room, considering there was no one else there. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a 24hr Urgent Care.

In the last two years we have had to go twice after midnight. They are always rude, they are in no hurry to help and mis diagnosed my wife with an "appendix problem" then we go to the hospital and they say it was just constipation. Not to mention they didnt even take her tempature. There seriously needs to be a different 24hr urgent care because I will never be back here again

It took 2 hours to get a DOT physical on a Sunday evening and an empty waiting room! Sat f or another half an hour waiting for paperwork while the person behind the counter ignored my paperwork so she could play with her phone! I wish there were such things as AMERICAN doctors at these places! Its like trying to talk to Mush Mouth!

Came in at 7am for a hep B vaccination, been here almost 2 and a half hours now and have watched 5+ people who came in after me be seen and leave. Additionally all the MAs were standing behind the counter chatting the entire time. Horrible customer service, stay away unless you are in dire need of a 24 hour urgent care.

Bad. Just so bad... I have worked at a few urgent cares over the years and I spotted so many things they did wrong, from confidentiality to customer service/patient care. To these employees, healthcare is just a way to pay the bills. Dont go here unless you have no choice but to come after normal business hours

Very rude female staffs. From physicians to the front clerks. They share patients informations, gossip, and make fun of it.Most of them are absolutely unprofessional. They try to find anything to laugh about it to make themselves feel happy and that includes sharing patients information after physical.

I have NEVER reviewed anything ever. But this place has irritated me. Ive been to other concentras but due to power outages I had to come to this one. If I could give 0 stars I would. There were maybe 2 people ahead of me and its going over 3 hours for me waiting on a physical. Ridiculous

What a joke. My husb came here to pick up a duplicate DOT card bc he misplaced his. The girl on the phone said IF she could find his record, she "might" be able to do it. When we got here, the guy said no problem....for $40! For a duplicate? Screw that. These people are idiots.

The nurses are good & friendly. Most of the doctors are friendly & answer questions. The front counter staff are marginal in knowledge, but friendly enough & the office manager gets very snippy if you dare to question a process. She is not an empathetic person, at all.
