After sitting home for a workers comp injury for four months and finally having a surgery scheduled they were sent a pre-surgery release form to sign and fax back and they would not do as my other doctors did and sign it and fax it back. They are scamming me by forcing me to pay for a doctors visit out of my pocket just to get him to sign the document. Just another instance that has got me looking for a new primary care physician. Ever since this Szaraz guy has taken over my care its been one pain in the ass after another.

Dr. Szaraz is thorough and caring. The staff are friendly. There is a lab for blood draws in the same building, and it never takes long at all.
