Dr. Suarez is great, but his staff is not up to par at all. I had asked repeatedly to have my sons allergy sheet and physical faxed over to his school. The school was very nice and patient about not receiving things on Friday morning, and let my son go to school. I had taken my son to see the doctor Friday afternoon, for them to tell me that they had already faxed the documents over. Great!!!! Well, this morning the school emails me to inform me that they still have yet to receive my sons documentation. The staff is rude, untimely, and seem to be lost on how you should run a doctors office. I do believe that I will be taking my son elsewhere. It is sad because as I said before, Dr. Suarez is great.

needs to manage timing better because wait at office can be too long. need to be open for longer hours EVERYDAY for people that might not be able to get there in the morning and have to wait for a ride. great person, very nice, willing to listen and discuss options that would be best, very smart.

This is a really great doctor, but they really need to figure out how to manage the scheduling better. I have never been to this office that I didnt have to wait at least an hour, but most of the time it is 2 hours. This is not just for work in appointments either.

Not sure why someone has to make an appointment. Get there 15 mins early and get seen 30 mins late. Doctors are suppose to listen to the patients symptoms. I very disappointed with my total visit to his office. I would suggest going to see another physician.

Dr. Suarez has been my family doctor for many years. He is one of the best doctors I have ever worked with. He will always take time for you and goes out of his way to answer any questions and discuss any concerns you might have.
