Decent doctor, awful, awful, awful office. Avoid it if you can. Unless you get the first appointment of the day expect to wait TWO TO FOUR HOURS AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. Ive been here probably 10 times in the last year & Ive never waited less than 2 hours. Last week my appointment was at 3:15 & I got back in my car at 6:45pm. This is totally normal. Sometimes I go to urgent care in Canton instead because I know Ill be in & out within 2 hours. The doctors are good, but the office staff is wretched. Ive been hung up on several times & they almost never respond to my pharmacys faxes regarding prescription refills unless I call and beg them to. They always give me attitude about it & never tell me if theyre actually going to be able to help or not before ending the call. I understand they work insane hours (usually like 9am to 8pm, 6 days a week) and theyre stressed but its no reason to treat patients poorly. Its not our fault that they overbook their office daily. Finally, today I took my prescription to the pharmacy & found out that it was written for a dosage that doesnt exist and didnt specify how often to take it or for how long. 2 hours later Im still sitting at home waiting for them to respond to the fax that they insisted my pharmacy send them. I called the office myself to make sure they were going to take care of it today, but they still havent & I have no confidence that this matter will be handled before the weekend. I will not be going back to this office again ever.

Horrible, will never be back. I am a Medicaid patient, so I understand my options are limited and resources are finite. Thats no excuse for the treatment I received at this office earlier today. I had to ask my nurse TWICE to use gloves for a blood draw. She acted like I was asking her to bow at my feet and serve me peeled grapes. Later, when Dr. Khan noticed I hadnt received the flu vaccine I had asked for, the nurse injected me in the arm, without gloves, while the doctor was going over some x-rays with me. To add insult to injury, quite literally, the nurse made fun of me in front of Drs Khan and Siddiqui, saying in a mocking tone "Ooh shes so sensitive! It hurts!" I dont know what other options are open to me on Medicaid but I would rather have no health care at all than ever return to this office.

The staff is rude and unprofessional. Dr Khan is a b*tch who Im sure is lucifer in the flesh. Ive been coming here as little as possible for 2 years only to be told that Im "too young" to be in the pain Im in like thats some type of diagnosis. They refuse to do anything for younger patients but will gladly prescribe an older person an entire pharmacy if they ask. The wait time is RIDICULOUS!!! Waited over 4 hours to be seen only to be asked with an attitude from Dr Khan "why do you keep coming here?" And Dr Siddiqui only refers you to someone else since hes useless as well. The receptionist whom you would assume to be friendly wont even acknowledge the fact that youre standing right in front of them. Dont expect a pleasant visit or a short wait time here!

Dr. Siddiqui is good once you finally 3 hours past your appointment time get called in the back to see him. Hes no nonsense. I like a straight forward dr. Then there is Dr. Khan who asks questions then doesnt let you answer. She walks out of the room without ever finding out why your there. Whenever possible I see him. Biggest complaint is the ridiculous wait times. That n Ive been going there two years and I think theyve only checked my BP twice.

Guess Ive had different experiences. The staff were very nice and helpful during my first appointment. The Dr. Athar Siddqui met with me and review everything with me thoroughly. After he order my x-rays in house he brought me in the office and discussed a treatment plan and asked that I follow up within a week. Of course I forgot and didnt follow up, so they called me to see how things have been. Nothing but good things on my end.

This doctors office stinks really bad,very unclean! I witnessed 3 patients walk out of a room and not 1 person wiped down the room at all! The staff are very unprofessional and seem to always have attitude. Not to mention you will need to make a day of it pack a breakfast n lunch because I have waited as long as 3 1/2hours. myself! lunch becauextreme min of 2 hours and have waited as long as 3 1/2

Dont bother, go to the urgent care or anywhere besides here. Rude, slow, borderline useless unless you want easy pills with little interest in your actual health... Quite bad, no exaggerations here! Gave them 3 chances as it was closest to my house

Some of the staff is friendly. The wait times are outrageous. I was brought back in for an appointment just to be given test results that could have been supplied over the phone. I spent money and more importantly time for no reason.

Tried to double charge my insurance from an accident that happened 12 years ago. Asked to get a referral never heard back. The dr was very nice but my appointment was at 11am did not get seen till past 1pm. Not recommend going here.

Doctor listen he doesnt rush you out the office.I was having problems getting my medications the staff very helpful.I agree they need to clean the bathrooms more often.Dr Siddiqui has been around for ever .hes a loving doctor,

Appointment scheduled @ 11:15 and not seen until 2hrs later..So unacceptable. This will be my last time coming to this office. The doctor is awesome.
