Doctor was very friendly and professional for the appointment, but once I left the office getting my results has been horrible. I had to cancel my follow because I switched jobs and insurance changed. So I called and left a voicemail for my results to be mailed to me. No return call, no results mailed, no contact whatsoever. I called again and left another voicemail. No response again. I mailed in my co-pay with a note attached asking for my results once again. Still no results or even a phone call to explain why they arent sending them. I finally get ahold of someone in the office and she is rude and talks to me like I dont matter. I would never recommend this office to anyone. The office staff needs to treat their patients better.

We Love Dr MacDermid. He is our family doctor. His staff is amazing. So thankful for their time and Patients . They truly care for their patients! Very good bed side manor. Takes his time with you doesnt rush. Always answers or returns after hour calls. Love him Love Him
