This company is a complete joke. The entire office staff is unprofessional and rather idiotic. Paula Krivokucha is in charge of the adult home care department and has to be the worst. She messes up the schedule she doesnt relay information from the client to the worker so youll show up at houses to work and the clients wont even be home. Denise is also very unprofessional she wont even speak with the aides unless she wants to ask you to pick up extra hours and then gets an attitude if you cant do it. As a former employee i worked here for about 2 years i would say go with another company ive heard horror stories from clients who have gone days without care because noone from the office would answer the phone or would answer and say they are working on finding staff but noone would ever show up. Im glad i finished nursing school when i did so that i could leave this company i have no good memories and nothing good to say except ill miss my clients. Also there is no head corporation so you cant even voice your opinion to a higher up just one of the bimbos in the office.

Im writing this review as a long time employee of Community Care Inc. Ive been with the company for over 10 years as an administrative employee, and it really saddens me to see such a negative review of our company as given by the google user Stacy Dash. This is obviously someone who has a serious axe to grind with our company, and who also posted under an alias (we have never employed anyone named Stacy Dash). I want to inform this person that Ive filed a formal complaint with Google about their review due to its slanderous nature toward several of our excellent office employees. I would hope that this person would do the right thing and either remove this post, or at the very least edit the review and remove these good peoples names from their review. We are not above taking negative comments and criticism, but the personal nature of this attack will not be tolerated. So, please give us a bad review if you must, but please do it in a dignified manner.

They are the philosophy that every employee must have when they work here. Everyday I see the office staff put in a serious amount of effort when it comes to everything they do.If a problem occurs the problem is quickly solved thanks to their tremendous ability, effort, and care o. If I had to have in home care for a loved one I would be at ease knowing that the aides and nurses have a wonderful support system in the office staff.

I started with Community Care almost 8 months ago and I am so happy I did. All the people in the office are not just my coworkers but I consider them all my friends, my family. They are compassionate, caring, family oriented and always willing to help anyone in need. It is by far the best team I have ever worked with. We care about all of our field staff and consumers. We strive to make sure everyone is pleased with our services and that our employees and consumers are happy and taken care of properly. I would recommend Community Care to anyone to needs care for their loved ones.

Community Cares name was given to us by both the VA and Area Agency of Aging. They were excellant in scheduling aides to assist my father-in-law with bathing, preparing his meals, house work, his laundry, and reminding him to take his RXs. He can be difficult but the aides worked with him until he was excited for his next visit. Very professional employees, and alot of assistance from the entire staff. I will and Have recommended Community Care, Inc to anyone to assist their elderly family member!

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST OF THE WORST IN HOME CARE FOR THE ELDERLY. THE STAFF IS RUDE , UNETHICAL AND UNTRAINED. THE AIDES ARE SUB-STANDARD AND GROSSLY UNDER-TRAINED. THEY DO NOT WORK IN THE HOUSE, BUT TAKE IT UPON THEMSELVES TO PAINT THEIR NAILS, WATCH THEIR FAVORITE TV SHOWS, TALK ON THE CLIENTS PHONE AND USE THE CLIENTS COMPUTER. THERE IS LACK OF CONFIDENTIALITY THROUGH-OUT THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. PICK ANOTHER AGENCY TO TEND TO YOUR LOVED ONES NEEDS.

Anytime you have a question or a need, they are there for you! You can reach staff 24 hours a day with any emergency you may have!
