0/5, but Google is making me give it at least a 1/5. This place absolutely SUCKS. Worse than the DMV. They dont respond promptly to emails, and I have yet to get a return call after leaving numerous messages. I just want my ATT, and the one person who can grant that "officially" has more days out of office than in. I cant believe that my taxes pay for them to do such a sucky job. I would rather my taxes go towards something that actually contributes to society.

I work with a homecare agency in Raleigh. I have to update our CNA files regularly and about every time I attempt to verify licenses the website will not download. I have to wait several days before gaining access and it makes my job more difficult. I wish someone would address this issue. Thanks for your consideration in this matter.

I am a resident of NY and applied for a NC license following the online application process. I had no issues receiving my RN license to practice in NC. I called to make sure they received my completed application & background information and I had my temporary and permanent license in a timely manner. No complaints with my process.

cant understand why there is a nursing board if not much is done or researched with any effort from their end; our tax dollars should not go to this nursing board since access is slow and no proper investigation or diligent accountability checks are conducted.... wish i could give a " no star" review

I found the RN renewal process unnecessarily tedious but it worked for me and I was able to renew my RN license with a minimum of frustration.
