Loved going here until they had a complete staff/management turnover a few months ago. Now there customer service is ABYSMAL, at BEST!!! They have cancelled several of my scheduled appointments up to 10 minutes before the time, even after I had scheduled to be off work for them. Every time I had an appointment during a 6 month period, they had a minimum of one new employee or staff change. You can almost never see the same professional twice! Grace (the Doctors girlfriend) runs the office and is horribly rude, unprofessional, condescending and pretentious. After purchasing a package for a total of 6 laser facials, only to be performed once a month, the clinic tried to cheat me out of 2 of them by trying to convince me that I had already had them, so I asked for the dates of service, to which they replied that I had done 3 laser facials all at one appointment. After getting called out on their "mistake", they tried to force me to use my remaining 3 facial appointments in 3 weeks, which is not recommended by any licensed skincare professional. I have since seen many local reviews on this location regarding some awful experiences by, both, fellow customers and their own employees. It left me with such distaste, that I did not want to return there so I requested a refund for the remaining services or a credit towards products that I could use immediately. The clinic has refused to reimburse me in any form, including rendering the services for which I have already paid. You may have one or even several nice experiences here but BEWARE! You do not even want to get involved with this company in any capacity! At the very least, do not pre-pay for any services that you actually want to get. *In reply to MLCs response: I am NOT a former employee, so I am not sure how that statement is pertinent to this at all. Secondly, it is my understanding that you are currently under legal action brought by another client, whom I do not even know, so your legal team is probably busy with that. I WAS a client/customer for approximately 8 months, who spent thousands of dollars for your services & products and this is a forum for just such people to review their experience, which is just what I did.

I have been to the Memphis Laser Clinic many times since their opening. I have used several of their products and services.The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Sandra is an expert in her field and is able explain their products and services down to the smallest detail. This is very helpful when deciding which procedures to have done and skin care products to buy. Dr. Sadler is also awesome. I have been very satisfied with the procedures he has performed and the results. I know he has had extensive training and has the ability to look at a person and know exactly what is needed. They often have special events and offer really great deals which makes it affordable. Someone from the office follows up after procedures. They really want to make sure your satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this clinic!!

Lovely clinic. Dr. Sadler and his staff go out of their way to be welcoming and make you comfortable. I am ecstatic with the results of my Botox treatments! Perfectly placed, I am still able to be expressive but my vertical squint line is gone, horizontal lines on forehead gone, no crows feet. I have had it twice, and while its not obvious to people Ive had anything done I have gotten lots of comments about how I look well rested or how much younger I look than my actual age (41). And that was my goal, which I discussed with the doctor before my treatment. Love the way I look!

Excellent staff and services, I never expected to get so much from one place. I first went here because I got a gift certificate for a facial and now have my appointments pre booked through April lol. My at home skin care routine from Sandra is manageable and I like that she doesnt pressure me to buy a lot of product. I love my new juvederm lips ;* ! Also after talking with Dr. Sadlar more I can see how diet affects my aging process and my skins health and am excited about the next step in my plan to lose my baby fat and sculpt a new mom-me ;)

There is not enough great things that I can say about Memphis Laser Clinic, but Ill try. First of all the customer service is awesome. The environment is clean, warm and refreshingly zen! Sandra Johnson is my medical estheticians and Ive followed her for 7+ years! Her signature facials are heavenly, plus she is very skilled in her laser work. Dr. Sadler is friendly and knows his craft. This place rocks with 5 stars.

Ive gotten multiple procedures done here and to give it 5 stars wasnt enough. I LOVE this place, from the excellent estheticians and doctor, the relaxing atmosphere, and wonderful services, this place is INCREDIBLE. Sandra is awesome and made everything easy and comfortable for me. Ive gotten multiple compliments on my skin and face since Ive visited her and I cant wait to go back. Thanks for making me look my best :)

I was very happy with Memphis Laser Clinic until yesterday. The man who performed my tattoo removal was very rude and condescending. He acted like I was a waste of his time. My laser treatments are pre-paid, so now that they have my money, they want rid of me. I will never do business here again.

The staff there are friendly, and the have really great service. I was recommended by my recruiter for the Army to go here and get a tattoo removed. We were looking at maybe 6 or 7 treatments before my tattoo was removed, the best part it only took 4 treatments.
