I cant say enough about this doctor and his staff. I went in for an initial visit as I have recently moved to the Northshore. After reading his reviews, I felt that he was the best choice and he did not disappoint. Dr. Soine was more concerned about me as a patient receiving the appropriate treatment than anything. I scheduled the appointment for a 300 dollar procedure but instead of charging me for it, he recommended me to another doctor for a more beneficial treatment. With this act, he has completely earned my trust and respect first-hand. I highly recommend this doctor as he genuinely cares about the patient, practicing HELPING PEOPLE
