It was a great blessing to be enrolled here in Serenity Nurse Aide Academy. Im a Nursing graduate in the Philippines but its been a decade since I had my last experienced and exposure to the medical field. I didnt work as a nurse there. When I came here I decided to get my credentials evaluated to CGFNS and surprisingly I was able to carry my Bachelors degree here in America. I have decided to undergone a CNA training program while preparing for my NCLEX exam. I know it is the only way to get my foot in to the hospital or nursing home at the same time, I will get experience and help me to familiarize the medical set up here. During my CNA training, Ms. Monica taught everything to us from the heart. She shared her knowledge beyond the limit of just being a Nursing Assistant. It is really helpful for me and to those students who are planning to pursue nursing. She were very straight to the point, for us to be prepared for the State exam and to be effective and successful Certified Nursing Assistant. Indeed, it gave me confidence during the State exam and able to passed. Ms. Betty was a good instructor too. She gave her best to impart her knowledge as well. And also the rest of the staffs are very accomodating and gave their best to assist our needs. I highly recommend Serenity Nurse Aide Academy to those who are planning to get there program certifications.

Giving this school a 1star Ms. Betty was only great teacher, to bad she wasnt the teacher threw the full 4 weeks plus clinicals. Ms. Monica is rude and disrespectful as well as that miserable receptionist of hers they have already been paid clincals have been taken and passed I have yet to receive my certificates. Will be reporting to Pursen vue seeing that it was government funding that paid for my class.. Also while taking med tech she had someone ubtaing med Aid certificate in the same class so I assume the whole class should have been getting both certificates med tech and med Aid very shady people wouldnt recommend this school not even to my dog lmao good thing their are more schools in Charlotte that are way better and professional dont mind taking it twice one monkey dont stop a show.

My experience was so wonderful, miss Monica talk to everyone with respect and love she believes in students independent,thats why she make show to explain the lesson over and over ,and shes a straight person if u dont understand her u may feel shes bad ,but I can tell anyone, one lessefer people may think shes, bad if you are not trained or dont have value in you dont go serenity ,but if u want to become a better person or change your life u can make ur way there Miss Monica and Miss Betty are willing to give u what u need ,remember give respect and get respect, presently Im working as an CNA I will never forget both of them

Mrs. Monica is an excellent teacher, she will guide you. I seen one post in reference to her being mean no way. She just want the best for all her students. Sometimes she gets student that was forced to take the class do to their job as a PCA was no longer going to give them job security. Those are the ones that get her bad side of course you have to give respect to get respect. Just dont waste her time or the ones thats dedicated to this field of work. Mrs Monica will not only teach you she encourage those that needs it. I will recommend her to anyone. She if FACT.

Mrs. Monica makes learning enjoyable & interactive. She makes sure you understand tha basic concepts & how they can develop into complex situations. The environment is very comfortable & relaxing. Everyone there knows how to get their job done "students & coworkers" but also have fun at tha same time.

Miss Monica really teaches you how to perform the skills. Everything is fair, equal, and equivalent to the state exam. If you study the book and practice the skills you should pass the exam with no problem. I would highly consider this course compared to others in the Charlotte area.

They will treat you like crap once theyve taken your money. Monica is so disrespectful and paranoid! I hated the fact that I was stuck at that school because they wont give you your money back. The worst experience of my life for sure.
