Im absolutely done with this place. The staff is so rude, well one person in particular. I know someone else who has been a patient there and has complained about a particular woman as well,.Shes very cold. This place is for people with mental illnesses not criminals. The psychiatrist himself is tolerable, but doesnt seem interested in his patients and just wants to get his appointments done and over, he barely asks questions. Not to mention the waiting time is horrendous. Ive been to multiple psychiatrist offices and this place ranks number 1 as the worst. If youre smart dont go to this place. The place itself gives me anxiety.

If it takes me waiting 2 hours PAST my appointment time to get in, I would think you could spend more than 5 minutes with your patient. Office staff was rude and unhelpful. When I was going there, it was also a methadone clinic and everything was under construction. Just being in the waiting room gave me anxiety. He ignored what I told him about previous meds Ive been on that didnt work and told me I was "pill shopping" in the five minutes he spoke to me. Demeaning, rude, and insensitive to say the very least. Hes apparently used to working with drug addicts and assumes everyone is one.

Please do your self a favor and look for another specialist. This guy will not only wont help you hell treat your problem like its some kind of joke, he wont take it seriously. On the top of that I got ripped off, they made me pay $160 (full price for the appt) then they had my insurance pay them from HRA another $160 which this staff decided not to apply to my acct, and they wont call me back. So I have to waste my time and take them to small claims court. Run !

Been going since 2014. The office staff changes a lot, but most of them are very nice and helpful. A few of them have taken extra time to help me with getting my insurance to cover my medications. That was extremely helpful for me. Dr. Farooque continued to help me through my recovery while pregnant and afterwards. The therapists that Ive seen are considerate and actually care about helping you achieve goals. Have and would recommend.

The best dr some of staff was rude but they are gone he dose listen to anything I have to say and is very nice me I have been going to him for five years and I had to talk to therapist for awhile she was awesome help me deal with a terrible time in my life I thank them for helping me

The doctor actually listens an cares. Would recommend a have. The1st visit was long but thats due to paper work an with it having to be entered numerous times due to all the red tape these days, its not something tat they have much control over. Thank you doc an staff!

Dr. Farooque and staff are very understanding and accommodating. Dr. Farooque has years and years of experience from many different countries and I really appreciate his well rounded perspective. I enjoy coming to this office.

I have been seeing dr. Farooque for over 1 year. He is spectacular! Brilliant and compassionate. His support staff is wonderful as well. He works with you on your medications instead of dictating your treatment.
