I love The Corner! I went for birth control the first time and then I found out they do a lot of other stuff, like helping me get insurance. Everyone was so nice and good at hanging out with teenagers that I decided to keep going for the other stuff I needed, like my flu shot or checkup before I went to college. The people who work there recognize me and ask how I am, which is really cool cause at my last doctors office they had no idea who I was (and I dont think they actually cared),

I went to the corner because I needed a tb test, but I ended up talking to the doctor, and then seeing a counselor. I felt like the people there wanted to help me. Its not just for dr appointments, the counselor i see there is really good and helps me figure out a lot, like where Im going to live, school, and all that stuff. You can also go to classes, theres a health person there and you get free gift cards for seeing her. theres free food too, if you need fruit or bread or anything.

It has been a great experience at the corner. I first went because I heard they gave away free condoms. After a while I tried some other things at The Corner. I recieved my flu shot there and they can even test for HIV. I also took a yoga class there. It was a lot of fun and pretthy close to home despite my previous assumptions.

They messed up my persription FIVE times in three months. They wont fix it. Im transfereing my information ttoo another healthcare provider. Im poor, but I will deal with a less financially lenient provider if it means that I can actually get the meds that help me in school.

Because of them, Ive been off of my meds for over a month now, making my life a crap ton harder. Went somewhere else but nothing can be done because they wont transfer my records over. Cant get in contact with anyone to see whats going.. Ready to kms because of this.

I got my pregnancy check up there when I was pregnant with my oldest daughter. I loved it then. Now shes 18 years old and She is going back there along with her other 3 sisters. They have all kinds of services for teenagers that are free.
