PART ONE: (June 2017) After over 10 agonizing/painful days of back pain and dealing with my family doctor who wanted to send me to physical therapy without even as much as an Xray—I went to Renaissance Chiropractic. They had x-rays taken, spoke to me about my condition (scoliosis, degenerative disk disease…), developed a treatment plan, and had me in for my first chiropractic adjustment all in the same visit! At the end of the 2nd visit, I went to a meeting that lasted 1.5 hours. I was amazed that I sat there without back pain!!! My biggest regret is that I did not come in sooner. Do not make the mistake of waiting and suffering like I did—go get relief here! PART TWO: HERE IS MY FOLLOW UP REVIEW – August 18, 2017. I consider myself pretty smart, so I did some research and visited some other chiropractors before making my choice. One chiropractic place tried to tell me that adjustments would not help me and that I needed to commit myself to their high tech decompression machine--that of course was not covered by any insurance & cost $3,500 for treatments. Renaissance Chiropractic has a decompression machine and it is covered by my insurance! Dr. Mazin set up a treatment plan for me that included both decompression and adjustments. The combination worked great for me. As I mentioned in my first review—after just two appointments I was able to through a 2 hour meeting in a regular chair without any pain! That was impressive. I then started off going 3x a week and as I got better they (in consideration of the number of sessions my insurance allowed and not just wanting to burn through them) decreased the frequency of my visits. In just a few weeks, I was able to gradually start doing things that usually cause me quite a bit of pain…things like weed whacking. As long as I worked smart and in moderation, I was able to do it. Accomplishing this task (considering my previous pain) was huge accomplishment! I have a skeletal issue that is not something that anyone can “cure.” But with the care I have received here at Renaissance Chiropractic—my pain is now nearly non-existent. Reading this—you just don’t know how great that is and how happy I am! I currently go in for adjustments every 1 to 2 months (depending on how I feel) to maintain this level of mobility. During my visits I have spoken to others who have came in for muscular issues are in and out with complete recovery in just a few visits! Make no mistake though—not all chiropractic places are the same. Some places will tell you what you want to hear and promise results that they cannot deliver. Some even use high pressure techniques to get patients to sign contracts that cost them thousands of dollars out of pocket. Not this place. Never once did I feel that the doctors or staff here were just out to get the insurance money or did they try to pressure me into additional services. Quite the opposite in fact: they reminded me how many visits I had left on several occasions, asked how I was doing and if I wanted to decrease the frequency of my visits, they even encouraged me to take a break and see how things went. The staff learns people’s names and you feel more like a friend or family member that they care about rather than a number or a dollar sign. Regrets? Yes-I have one big one. That I waited so long to come here!!!

I first came to Renaissance Chiropractic six months ago because I was suffering with migraine headaches at least four days a week for over three years. I went to every medical specialist I could find and the only answer I got was drugs to relieve my pain and if that didn’t work I was told I would just have to live with the headaches. Needless to say, the drugs didn’t help much at all and when they did, it was only temporary. I was not willing to accept the alternative. I have two young children and the headaches interfered with my daily routine of caring for them. I had difficulty performing daily activities such as getting them dressed for school as well as driving them where they needed to go. The headaches were ruining my life as well as my family’s lives. My friend Jody told me about her experience at Renaissance Chiropractic. She told me that she had met other people during her visits who had also suffered with similar health issues as mine and were relieved of their headaches, naturally. I didn’t know much at all about chiropractic, however I was willing to try anything. On my first visit to Renaissance Chiropractic, Dr. Elganainy told me that my spine was out of alignment, pressing on nerves and causing my headaches. Dr. Elganainy told me that he could help me. I was very happy to hear that because for the first time in three years I had hope of feeling good again. It has been six months now and I still get adjusted two times weekly. The best news is that I have not had a headache in three months. In addition, my energy is better than ever and I am sleeping through the night. I can spend quality time with my children and husband again. Chiropractic care has helped to save my life and my family’s life in many ways. After 6 months a patient, I will tell you of talented, experienced Doctors, and a wonderful staff who excel getting you treated promptly, precisely and consistently. They make great use of the latest treatment equipment to ease adjustments and virtually eliminate the old “twist & crack” treatments normally conjured. They offer (But NEVER push) a number of preventative products, and massage therapy that is second to none. I found this practice after a long search, and was frankly suspicious due to previous disappointments. This team exceeded all expectations sufficient to prompt me to post this review.

Very pushy. I went here a few years ago after a car accident. I could see the dollar signs above the guys head. He made sure to tell me that their attorney would fight for me to get the services I needed and that my car insurance would pay for everything. The things that needed to be done didnt involve my accident. I stopped going after the first visit. They kept calling me to come back even after I told them I wasnt going to abuse my insurance like that.
